6 OVERVIEW OUR OFFERS ALL-DAY SKI-FUN FOR CHILDREN Experience something new by playing and learning. Children copy children; they watch and learn. This is what we encourage in our daily programme. The youngsters motivate each other and also benefit from ongoing, new and individually tailored training tips from our qualified ski instructors. HALF-DAY PLAY-AND-LEARN FOR CHILDREN Children master their first runs in our Children's Park, situated alongside the Nätschen Valley station. Using play-game methods we awake their enthusiasm for snow sport. Ages: between 3 4 years. PRIVATE INSTRUCTION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN One-to-one coaching is the fastest and easiest way to reach your goal the way you want, at the time that suits you. Private lessons are the most personalised way to learn snow sports. PLEASE NOTE Our services do not include the price of the lift ticket. PAGE 06

7 FREERIDING With our experienced ski instructors discover a few of the stunning rides away from the prepared pistes in the Andermatt-Sedrun SkiArena. Using specialised schooling you are introduced to off-piste techniques. CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING CLASSIC AND SKATING Would you like to glide through the fascinating countryside in a light and easy style on cross-country skis? To experience peace and relaxation in untouched nature? We will help you to achieve this by showing you the techniques you require. Cross-country skiing is the ideal alternative to downhill skiing suitable for everyone. TELEMARK This ancient and original ski technique is enjoying a revival and no wonder: Telemark skiing is both elegant and sporty. The number of enthusiasts continues to rise: why not try it yourself! SNOWBOARDING We instruct Snowboard beginners. Enjoy your first experiences in a relaxed atmosphere before mastering some simple slopes with confidence and ease. PAGE 07

Advanced registration is necessary. 9 HALF-DAY CHILDREN'S PLAY-AND-LEARN During the half-day play-and-learn children (3 4 years) can experience moving on skis for the first time. The aim is through play to discover the joys of skiing. 10 FROM BEGINNER TO EXPERT Within the Swiss Snow League you learn how to ski from the basics upwards. In the Blue League, beginners learn the basics of snowsports. In the Red League these steps are consolidated further and in the Black League you advance to expert status, accompanied throughout by professional snowsports instructors. Your guide booklet details your instruction and advancement so that any Swiss ski and snowboard school can place you in the correct league. From 4 5 years old. PAGE 10

We offer private instruction for ski, Telemark skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboard. 13 WHITE EMOTION SKI PREMIUM As a premium guest you will be accompanied by a professional ski instructor with many years of experience, who will consider your individual requirements and aims. This way, you improve rapidly whilst surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery, on perfectly prepared slopes with guaranteed snow. As a premium guest, you also benefit from faster access to some of the ski lifts at the SkiArena at busy times. Limited places. Early book advisable. 14 GTC GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS These general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between you and the official Swiss Snowsports School Andermatt GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SSA). The contract between you and the SSA comes into effect with the unconditional acceptance of your registration. From this moment on the rights and responsibilities detailed in the contract (along with the general terms and conditions) are binding between you and the SSA. INSTRUCTION Instruction takes place in any prevailing weather conditions unless the lift company closes its facilities. Booked instruction must be cancelled by telephone or by 4 p.m. on the day before the lesson. Later cancellations will be charged at 100 %. CHILDREN'S INSTRUCTION The SSA reserves the right to reorganise groups or adjust instruction times where the minimum number of participants has not been reached. If there are less than four (4) participants, the lesson will be cancelled. PAYMENT Cash in the form of CHF as well as Maestro, PostFinance Card, MasterCard, Visa and REKA-Card payments are accepted. 15 SKI PASSES The ski passes for the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun are not included in the cost of instruction. These can be purchased directly from all Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG sales office. Guests at The Chedi Andermatt can purchase passes at the hotel. REFUNDS No refunds are available for unused days or coupons. Subscriptions are not transferable. A doctor's certificate is required as evidence of illness or accident. Where instruction is hindered by force majeure (snow fall, wind storms, avalanche danger or other unforeseen events) no refund will be made. ACCIDENTS The SSA does not accept any liability for accidents before, during or after services or events provided by the SSA, snowsports instruction or competitions. Accident and personal liability insurance are the individual responsibility of the participants. PLACE OF JURISDICTION In all legal relationships between you and the SSA, Swiss law takes precedence. The place of jurisdiction is Andermatt. Subject to tariff changes and printer errors. PAGE 15
