1 Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Kamp Kidville! Plans for the summer are well underway, and our campers are in for a fun summer! As you read through the following materials, we ask that you pray and ask for the Lord s guidance prior to applying. We believe that serving at Kamp Kidville is more than a summer job--it is a calling. Is God calling you to serve at Kamp Kidville? At Kamp Kidville, it is our desire to be obedient to God s Word and to selflessly provide an environment that encourages children to experience the grace, hope and love of Jesus Christ through curriculum that is fun and in an environment that is safe. It is our prayer that lives will be eternally impacted, and children will develop a desire to take that step of faith to become followers of Christ. Hiring is based first on the applicant s spiritual, mental and emotional maturity plus his or her ability to relate to children. Second, the applicants will be evaluated on their ability to be supervised by peers of close age and their ability to work together as a team. Third, the applicants skills, talents, and types of experiences will be assessed. Read through the following key information, requirements, and minimum qualifications. After reviewing your completed application (including references), we will contact you with further information. Our application process will include a minimum of two interviews. Please be aware that we are scaling down the number of campers we will enroll this summer. Our goal is to increase the quality of our program.
