1 ETERNITY BIBLE COLLEGE Online Application Supplemental Packet Distance Education Dear Applicant, Thank you for your online application to Eternity Bible College. In additional to filling out the forms in CampusSIS you will also need to complete the included paperwork in your application to Eternity Bible College. This part of the application includes two essays, a Local Church Mentor/Student Covenant, Pastor or Spiritual Leader Reference, a Personal Reference, a Code of Conduct, an application acknowledgement, Official Transcripts, and a color photocopy of a government issued ID. Once the online application has been completed and these items have been received in Simi Valley your application will be processed. Your essays should be typed and double- spaced and each question should be a minimum of one page and a maximum of twelve pages. Ø Ø Your testimony, including the biblical basis for your salvation and hope of eternal life. Explain why you desire to attend Eternity Bible College (EBC), and how you intend to specifically use the training you receive in serving Christ and His church REFERENCES Please distribute the included reference forms to your references. One of the references should be a pastor or spiritual leader; one should be a person that you ve known for at least two years. Both references need to be completed by a nonfamily member. When you receive back the sealed envelopes with the completed references, please forward them, unopened, to EBC with the completed application and essays. Your references may also mail their reference directly to Eternity if they choose to do so.

However, since we believe that God is calling out a people for His name from every tribe, tongue, and nation, EBC admits students of any race, age, sex, nationality or ethnic origin to all the programs and activities of this institution. Please read this Statement before signing. Eternity Bible College is dedicated to honoring Jesus Christ by living lives that demonstrate Biblical values. This document outlines the standard of conduct which is to be displayed by the student body. This document is not intended to cover every possible issue, but rather to give an overall sense of the ethics which are to be demonstrated as we seek to honor Jesus Christ. 1. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ by acting with integrity and not cheating, lying or stealing (Proverbs 12:22). 2. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ by having a spirit of forgiveness and unity, and not of anger or disagreement (Ephesians 4:1-3; 31). 3. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ with speech appropriate for followers of Christ, without obscenities, profanity or vulgarity (Ephesians 4:29). 4. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ with moral purity, without sexual immorality manifested in, but not limited to, pornography, sexual promiscuity, homosexuality or unmarried cohabitation (I Thessalonians 4:3-8). 5. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ by respecting those who have been placed in authority over us, without a spirit of either active or passive rebellion (I Peter 2:13-17). 6. We will seek to honor Jesus Christ by living in humility, without grumbling or complaining (Philippians 2:1-12). 7. 9 ETERNITY BIBLE COLLEGE Checklist for Admission 0 Application Make sure that you fill out every part of the application completely both online and in this packet by checking each box and answering every question fully. 0 Application Fee Make sure that you have paid either the early application fee of $25.00 or the regular application fee of $ Pastor or Spiritual Leader Reference Your current pastor or a spiritual leader in your life such as a Bible study leader, Sunday school teacher, church elder, mentor or someone who has been walking with you should fill out this reference. This person should be from your local church. 0 Local Church Mentor/Student Covenant Each student enrolled in the Distance Learning program will be required to have a local church mentor. This person will need to fill out the Pastor or Spiritual Leader reference. 0 One Personal Reference This reference needs to be filled out by a person who has known you for two or more years and a relative may not fill it out. 0 Official High School Transcript Please have your High School send an official copy of your transcript to Eternity.
