These downlights are designed with efficient and adequate heat sinks, heat dissipation problem is completed solved, led light degradation is well-controlled, only 5% luminous flux loss after 10,000 hours operation; 70% luminous flux maintained after 50,000 hours operation. Each led downlight from us is supplied with an external constant current led driver, all the led drivers are CE and RoHs approved. Based on good understanding of marketing requirements, all led drivers are available with the dimmable version; the dimmable led driver is designed to comply with existing dimmer switch, leading edge or trailing edge. Regarding the multi-chip led arrays used in the downlights, we offer clients many different options. Basically, clients can choose different brands; vary from USA CREE, USA BRIDGELUX, and CHINESE LOCAL LEDway. All the led arrays are available basically three color tones, warm white, natural white and cool white. Color rendering index is over 82 for warm white color, and over 75 for cool white color. The housing of all the down lights are constructed with die-casting aluminum alloy, the surface treatment of the housing are basically white painting, the white are European stylish RAL 9010, some of them have other options of brush chromed. Sizes of the downlights vary from 2.5 inch to 10 inch; other variations are 3 inch, 3.5 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch and 10 inch. The completed range downlights can meet different lighting areas application requirements, residential, commercial and public areas.

USA BRIDGELUX LED Array is also a good option, three different led arrays for Bridgelux can be built-in this YL-DL20 fixture, they are BXRA-C0402 (this is a cool white led array, 7w power), BXRA-W0402 (this is warm white led array, 6.3w power),

Bridgelux is a cheaper replacement for CREE MC-E LED array for customer who is having very high color rendering index and warm white color quality requirements.
