1 Room set-up This is a meditation where the group will be seating in a circle on chairs. The circle will be sectioned off into seven virtues (appreciation, understanding, forgiveness, compassion, humility, valor, and Unconditional Love). These are represented by one large crystal placed in the center this is the shard of love and light. On six large cards will be written one of virtues. o They will be placed upside down so no one can see in which quadrant they are sitting in. o o Where ever a person is sitting that is the virtue they need to work on until the next meeting and to pay attention to when it comes up in there day to day life. It is not what direction they are facing, but were they are sitting. As you can see in the diagram, you may have some that will be sitting on an imaginary line between two virtues so they are working on two virtues (e.g. understanding and forgiveness). You could maybe mark under the chair so you know which chair is between the two virtues. The placement of the 6 virtues moves clockwise from the leader for the first night. So if the leader sitting the bottom of the circle, you would place the virtue appreciation to the left then understanding, forgiveness, compassion, humility and then to the right of the leader would be valor. At the end of the meditation, each person turns the cards over to reveal the virtue. After the first night, the lead can place the virtues in any direction only the leader is to know what virtue is placed where. Even the other elders are not to know so they can benefit from the process. Mediation Purpose This meditation is to activate all virtues in each person. This will strengthen them in their heart. So their energy fields and emotional body is able to integrate and assimilate the Monadic energy and Soul. Then bring the personality into alignment to unconditional love. According to the celestial guides when The Monad and Soul have taken form, the goal is for the personality (human form) is to express unconditional love for others and self. Only in this way can one understand one s true nature. To heal a flawed heart is through the virtues. The leader at all time must be conscious of the group in all aspects. This meditation can possibly allow people s astral body to spin out. Therefore, the leader must be aware of how much your group can tolerate and adjust. Meaning => the Lead needs to accommodate how long to spend spiraling each chakra and the desired pace. To slow can be boring to some and to fast can make some feel motion sickness. 2 This is what a person may look or feel like this when the lead starts at the 12 th chakra down the earth. Then a person may have this experience when the lead is going from the Earth up to the 12 th Chakra. Meditation begins; 1. From two directions simultaneously in the center, down in the core of your heart, now bring forward the Monadic energy. This has been with you since the beginning of your Soul and human existence. It may look to you as a white Pearl beginning to stretch forward. 2. This beam of light will go to the center of the circle which then connects to a Ray The shard of light descending down from the Monad. This is you perfect in design; this is your star body. It may not look to you in human form, but the shard of light is before you and that is connected to the light in your heart are one in the same. As above so below. This is the streaming of continuous consciousness Sourced self, Heart self. 3. Please everyone close your mouth. With your mouth closed, this will allow a reverberation of your own sound back within one s cells. This is the physical third dimensional grounding of the Soul. Remember, The Monadic energy as energy cannot be seen or cannot be touched. But it can be brought to realization through vibration of sound. 4. Now I ask everyone to begin to make your own sound. Lead notes: Allow this to happen for 3 mins or up. It is up to your discretion if you feel longer is needed. This sound is unique to each person there is a need for all to make their sound. 5. As we begin to slow the sound down, use the power of the breath -- the inhalation and exhalation --allowing the vibration of that sound and breath and sweet silence to rejuvenate, generate, and transform ourselves and our DNA. Your cells understand purpose you are here to love and to be loved Lead: Speak these words slowly and clearly you are here to love and to be loved. 6. Now the unwinding begins Bring your consciousness, your awareness, your feeling body, your internal sight and begin to connect to the Central Shard of Light, the Love Ray to your true nature. 3 giving and receiving flow of energy. Your mind is not involved. There are no stories just an exchange of energy - Light and Love in your whole being. 7. You begin to sense above you about 5-6 ft, a spiral descending down through your higher chakras starting at the 12 th Chakra. Your body begins to slowly move anticlockwise in a small spiral (circles). Slowly moving in your chair from right to left. 8. Now you are ready to move down to the 11th chakra. Place special care to move the circle anticlockwise. 9. Moving to the 10 th chakra and the spiral (circles) get smaller. 10. Move to the 9 th chakra and always moving spiral anticlockwise and getting smaller Lead: At this point if you are aware of somebody not moving in your group, bring more attention to your words and more emphasis on movement. It's important for people to stay very present and move the body. Otherwise, this meditation will not activate their virtues. It a cleansing and activation and ownership of the virtues, Soul and Monadic energies meditation. 11. Moving now to the 8 th Chakra while still being aware of the spiral anticlockwise circular movements and being conscious of being in a chair as we travel down through the lower chakra s. 12. Now move to the 7 th Chakra. Please be very aware of the breath. As we reach the third dimensional chakic system, your spiral begins to be larger - moving slowly to integrate the energy. Again always remember to breathe. 13. Moving to the 6 th Chakra - third eye while continuing to move anticlockwise - slow movement. You are feeling the need to move faster - please resist that! As it is your ego attempting to demand more energy than you are able to integrate, please me mindful to remain slow and steady. 14. Moving to the 5 th your throat chakra. Again keeping a steady & slow anticlockwise, steady slow movement. 15. Moving to the 4 th your heart. A steady slow anticlockwise steady slow movement. At this chakra, you may feel heat. Lead: keep them here a little longer 16. Moving to 3 rd solar plexus chakra. While keeping a steady movement, now make the circles a little larger and little faster. 17. Moving to 2 nd sacral/ spleen chakra with the steady movement. 18. Moving to your base chakra, your movement begins to be a little larger. Please be aware of the breath. If you are not comfortable with larger circles as we begin to make them larger and faster, then you can begin to make them smaller and slower. Each person has to be aware of their own capacity to enhance energy and physical body. 19. You, in your energy body, begin to spiral into the core of the earth. Your spirals are larger and faster. You are in the center of the core. Begin to slow your circular movement. Your body circles becomes very small as if that you are arched. Think of yourself is a helium balloon on a string and the string is held by a large rock you are floating but you are anchoring Channelled by Kerry Henwood January 2014 ARC S Copyrighted. 4 20. Now make your unique sound with your mouth closed as that sound begins to reverberate in your body into the core of oneness. Remember to breathe gently. Lead: Keep your group in this held suspended motion and sounds for only a few minutes. Maybe 3 but again up to you to be in touch with your group. 21. And now let us all take a big inhale and exhale and allow the sound slowly come to a stop. Let all movement stop. You are now sitting there with your breathe and stillness. We will remain here a few minutes. Lead: Allow your group to be in a deep state meditation. No talking. No sounds for 5 mins. Again this is your discretion. We do not wish to have it too long for some and not practice in the art stillness, but must accommodate all. Do not allow time for ego to come in to play. 22. And now let us all take a big inhale and exhale and begin the move our bodies in a clockwise motion - left to right. Again the circle will be small and quiet fast as you begin to rise up from the core of the earth. 23. Reaching the base chakra, the spiraling circles will be clockwise and your body moves left to right. 24. Spiraling up through spleen/sacral chakra. Spiraling to solar plexus. Keep the movement an even rhythm. 25. Energy and consciousness begins to move to the heart chakra. You begin to feel heat emanating from the front of your chest and around your back. The spirals begin to be larger just like your physical body movements. Remember your breath and continue to breathe as the spirals/circles begin to be pulled higher. 26. Moving your awareness to the throat chakra while keeping a consistent rhythm and moving the cirlces in a clockwise direction around and around. Breathing. Breathing. 27. Moving to the third eye and keep a consistent rhythm. 28. Moving to the crown chakra. You are the continuum. 29. Moving to the 8 th chakra, 9 th chakra, 10 th chakra, the 11 th chakra, and the 12 th chakra. 30. Here at the 12 th chakra, you are breathing - being aware of your inhale and exhale, allowing the movement to slow down. 31. Begin to make a sound with your mouth open so your angelic DNA can be enhanced so that you can be aligned at all levels of your cellular activation. Your own sound is important. This is you. Feel it. Lead: Again allow them to stay here for just a couple of minutes or again it is up to your discretion on feeling of your group how long to keep them there. 5 32. Slowly discontinue your sound. Gently breathe. Be in the stillness, absorbing, unifying. Be your alignment. 33. Slowly bring in your consciousness as if that you are melting down through the top chakra s reaching the crown, third eye, throat chakra moving slowly to your heart. 34. It is here that there are their seven Golden Keys. 35. The key of appreciation. May we activate the crystalline energy of appreciation. Lead: this is where the leader can ad lib what you would like to say about appreciation eg; I am in appreciation for all experiences that have led me to this point. 36. The key of understanding - may we activate the crystalline energy of understanding Lead: again you would give an example for all virtues. 37. The key of forgiveness - may we activate the crystalline energy of forgiveness 38. The key of compassion - may we activate the crystalline energy of compassion 39. The key of humility - may we activate the crystalline energy of humility 40. The key of valor - may we strengthened the courage and the crystalline energy of valor 41. The key of unconditional love, crystalline my heart to cosmic heart, my mind to cosmic mind. May we all be aligned to one purpose. May the seven keys be open now and freely ready to express divine love, divine will, and divine intelligence. 42. And so it is and it will be. 43.
