2 Hello, my name is Marcus Gillette, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 4 Pillars of Spiritual and Psychic Exploration with THEO, and of course, my wife, Sheila Gillette, the direct voice medium for THEO. Welcome, Sheila. Hi, Marcus. It s nice to be with all of you. We re living in some pretty incredible times right now. THEO s talked about them as being the fifth dimension, but let s go back forty four years, how long you ve been channeling THEO. Tell us a bit about your personal story. Oh, yes. After a near-death experience in 1969 and my asking God for a job, when I was in intensive care after pulmonary embolism, I got home from the hospital, and six months later I had all kinds of psychic phenomena happening to me, through me, internally, externally, and I tranced spontaneously and begin direct voice channeling. The 12 archangels collectively known as THEO came through and said that they would be mentoring in the time of the fifth dimensionary energy, which was a shift of consciousness never before experienced in human beings. We had never been available to really recognize the masters that we are, and so they began mentoring thousands of people and teaching and expanding our awareness about us truly being spiritual, divine beings having a human experience and how to live life in this new dimensional frequency that they call the fifth dimension. Right. Sheila, before we get to you bringing THEO through today, tell us a little bit about the process of actually bringing in their energy as they speak through your physical body. Well, they come in. I invite them, and when they come into my body, I feel it on the right side, particularly in my neck and my head first, and then they enter my entire body. It s an interesting experience where I can feel that energy take over. It s kind of interesting when you are bearing witness to another energy moving your body and it s not you. That had to be very crazy, particularly when it started out for you. It was. It was a little off-putting when it first started, but I knew everything was going to be okay, and I was being given information I could not have known about but was confirmed in our outer-world experience, so I had much affirmation and confirmation of the guidance that was given and a trust in that deep place of knowing within us when we know everything is all right. Yeah. A lot of people are asking, Sheila, what happens to you when THEO is speaking through you. Where are you? I just move over. It s like being a witness. It s kind of like watching a movie or feeling a movie, more importantly, because I do not have control over my body. If I needed it, they would leave. 3 conscious recall of everything that s said, and I m just so comfortable after doing this for 44 years. It s a very comfortable place for me to be in and feels very safe. That s great. Are you ready to bring THEO through? I am. I am. Here we go. It is the beginning, is it not? It is. Welcome, THEO. We are appreciative of the opportunity to be of service unto you. You may ask. Well, THEO, we re very grateful to have you here with us today, and I d like to start our interview today by asking you to introduce yourselves, please, and share with us why it is that you are speaking through Sheila s physical body right now. We are 12 archangelic beings, collectively known by the name THEO, here to enlighten and to assist in the shift of consciousness for all human beings upon this planet. Never before have human beings been ready or available at a frequency to recognize the divine essence that they are, the master being that you are. We are here to mentor, to guide and to enlighten. THEO, how is it that you can join in a way that you are able to actually speak through Sheila s physical body? It has been an adjustment of frequency over many years period, for decades, there has been an alignment with this physical body, an alignment to the dimensional frequencies that we are. So it has been an ongoing adjustment, you might say, to align perfectly to allow this direct voice communication. Yeah. I know we ve seen an evolution of how you express yourself through Sheila, to the point today now where you re actually speaking through her, eyes open, walking, interacting directly with audience members, which has been quite a remarkable evolution over the years. It has been, but it has been an evolution of Sheila as there has been an acceptance of this to be gained and an alignment to it. It s a collaborative effort, isn t it? It is. Let s talk about today we re going to talk about the 4 Pillars of Spiritual and Psychic Exploration, which we re going to get into in just a minute, THEO. I d like to ask, though, before we get started, for you to kind of frame for us this rather amazing time that we are living in right now, this fifth dimension that you ve spoken about so much. The fifth dimensionary energy fully in place about the planet now is a high-vibrational frequency that is aligned to all beings upon this planet, addressing and recognizing the master that you are, the empowered being that you are, that you are more than your five The THEO Group Ask THEO Page 3 of 8

4 senses, that that which is within you, your divine essence, the spark of your soul is greater than anything outside of you. It allows you to breathe. It allows you to walk. It allows you to speak. The body in itself is a miraculous vehicle, but without that spark of your soul, your spiritual essence, your divinity in it, it would not move. It would not communicate. It is that soul that is inhabiting this physical structure and alignment to the fifth dimensionary energy, which is a high frequency that allows the miraculous to be experienced. So that s possible in our lifetime. It is possible. We just need to believe it, don t we? Yes. Let s go back to the soul for just a minute. Can you define for us who or what is our soul? The soul is that ongoing, eternal, energy presence. It is the spark. It is the light. It is difficult, from the understanding of the conscious state, for it is a vibrational frequency. It is an energetic that the mind cannot fully comprehend consciously. That is why we described it as such, that the body could not live as it lives and moves without a soul. As we get into the 4 pillars THEO, let s start with number 1: that we are all psychic, naturally, inherently psychic, and in owning this ability that we have, we also are in complete control at all times and entirely protected from anything that we would fear as we begin to experience ourselves as more than our physical bodies. I d like you to speak to that please. Yes. It is important for you to know that you have the power. Your willpower is stronger than anything that might be visiting you. We re going to say it in this manner: no one can do unto you that which would not be allowed, whether incarnate or disincarnate. Do you understand? It is that you are a divine being. The I Am that you are, the god that you are is all-powerful, and know that the guidance that is about you, that you invite into your experience, that guards you, the guardian, angelic beings that are there, are there in protection and also to mentor. So you are highly protected. You will not be harmed. Please give us some tools or techniques for doing so. Many have preconceptions of what might have been taught or told or beliefs that have been held through different structures, whether religion or family or community, so what occurs as possibly those thoughts or beliefs visited upon you by others, recognizing where they ve come from and whose they are. So it is a shift of belief, an empowering belief that you are more than your physical body and that you are connected to Source, God, Force, whatever it is that you prefer to describe the ultimate or unconditional, loving presence that is creation. Yes? Yeah, yeah. What would you say to people, THEO also just to clarify, so there s no demons, negative energies that can ever affect us in any way whatsoever. The THEO Group Ask THEO Page 4 of 8

5 Again, only if allowed. So if you are feeling uncomfortable, that you are in an energy presence that you do not wish, dismiss it. You have the power of no. Say, No, you are not welcome. Would that typically be for discarnate beings or souls that are still residing in the lower astral planes after leaving earth? It s possible, but there is no evil. Right, right, and dispelling that notion makes us very comfortable, very safe. Yes. What do you say to people, THEO, that would like to open up psychically but have never really had any psychic experiences before? But they have. They ve discounted them, coincidences. Yes? Right. You ve had an experience, and, Yes, it s just a coincidence. You ve had a prophetic dream, and then it came true. You had a sense of thinking of another, and they call you or come see you. These are all psychical experiences, you see. They are something outside your five senses of which you call intuition. Yes? Right, right. You may ask. Let s talk about pillar number 2: recognizing the most comfortable form of reception of messages. Talk about the different ways in which we receive messages. Know that there are ways that individuals receive, even in their conscious state, meaning that there are auditory learners, and then there are visual learners. Yes? There are auditory learners. Most often their receptivity would be clairaudiently and sensorly, viscerally, physically, and know there can be a blend of these, but most often the information comes unto you in the ways that you are more comfortable in receiving it, psychologically and emotionally. So what occurs in expression is, if one is a visionary, they may have clairvoyance, a vision a vision. Clairsentient is feeling, sensing, and most often both visionary and auditory people will have sensory perceptions in their physical body as well, but those ways of learning that you learn in body, as you are, in your educational system are the ways you receive information in your sixth senses. Clairaudience is an auditory learner s way, an inner-mind hearing of messages, and then the clairsentience, the feeling levels. Yes? Right, and what is the source of the messages that come through to us? They could be very direct in the sense of a message given in words, most often of protection, or a calling, the calling of your name might be heard, only in a level to awaken you to the guidance that is there. You may have a vision of something in the future or of The THEO Group Ask THEO Page 5 of 8

6 another person to affirm and confirm your intuition, your clairvoyant intuition, but they are typically confirmed so that you can affirm yourself that this is so. It s not just flight of fancy or your own thought possibly, and the body is a good barometer for this, the feeling level, the visceral level, the clairsentient level where you feel the feeling and you know that there is something true. You disseminate the information from what your body is speaking to you. You may ask. Let s talk about the development of these abilities, but before we do that, THEO, let s also talk about who is it that s giving us these messages. Is it our higher self? Is it our angels, combination of the two? It is a combination. It could be something that is coming directly from your higher self. It could be from the mentors and guides and angelic beings that are ever-present about you. Define higher self for us please. Higher self is that which is the omnipresent soul that is all-knowing. The over-soul I think I ve heard it called before. One could speak of it in that term, yes. Right, and it s true that we re merging in this higher frequency now. We re actually merging with this higher aspect of ourselves? Is that correct? You are. Once we begin to have some personal experiences of what our particular form of receptivity is, how do we begin to really develop that? Let s talk about pillar number 3: the development of our psychic gifts. The more you use it, the stronger it gets, just like any muscle that you would use. If you were a bicyclist, the more you would ride your bicycle, the muscle memory of that would sustain you and become easier. You would have greater ease with it. It is the same with your psychic and spiritual abilities. The more you call upon it, the more practice that it is given, the better you become at it and inviting for confirmations to be given you so that trust can be built. Yes? Right, right. Speak to us more, please, about how to what kind of exercises, what kind of practices would you recommend that we do? First and foremost we speak about meditation. Meditation is that ability to quiet the mind and be receptive to the hearing or the experience, visually or feeling. Do you see? Right. Meditating regularly, habitually allows one to go to an altered state of consciousness with ease and to listen, to be available. Yes? yes. The first pillar we talked about, being in control and in recognizing ourselves as the psychic, spiritual beings that we are. Numbe2 is identifying how we actually receive The THEO Group Ask THEO Page 6 of 8

7 information. Number 3, we re talking now about developing these gifts, and number 4, THEO, what I want to spend the rest of our time on right now, is how do we use these abilities. Use it daily. One can simply engage the self in the listening and in the knowing and the feeling levels with practice. Yes? You can begin as simply as if your phone is ringing, not looking at your caller information, but before you even engage in looking at your phone, who is calling? Who have you invited to call? It may be someone you ve thought about and asked to call, and they are responding. Yes? Right. If you re watching a film, you can sit very comfortably, and then test yourself on what would be the dialog that would be next said. What is coming out of the person? Engage in that, and you will know the next word or words. These are simple confirmations. Yes? Yes. They affirm you that there is a knowing beyond the senses, the five senses. Yes? Right. And then the more you use them and engage them, encourage sit and call upon a friend to call you. Envision them, mind-to-mind, heart-to-heart. Where are they? Connect with them, and invite them to communicate with you, and there s another confirmation that can come. Daily utilizing these abilities make them stronger. How would you suggest we use our intuition as we begin to develop it for making decisions? Feeling the feeling. There s a decision to be made. Is this the right action for my life and its highest purpose? And feel how it feels. Your body will let you know if it is the right direction. That deep point of knowing without doubt will answer you. What do you see as the potential for us to express ourselves spiritually and psychically at this time now and for the rest of this lifetime that we re living? What does this ultimately manifest for us? Joy, happiness, feeling completed, feeling whole within self. It offers you the opportunity to be fully integrated, to be empowered. Yes? And know that you re not at the effect of your life; that you are in the causal realm, that you are a creator. You re not a victim. What more would you like to add to our conversation today, THEO? Know that each and everyone are far greater than they think they are. If you could see yourselves as we see you, there would be no discontent. You would recognize the divine being that you are and allow that truth to radiate out into your world, and in that recognition, you would be able to see it in others and experience it in others.
