Stretch the waist (with the forearms) Repeat these movements on the other side of the back. Stretch occipital and trapezius with flat hands. Knead the trapezius. Basic circular movement on the shoulder. Go to the other side. Descend to the lower back.

Bend the arm.

Alternate reverse smoothing movement of the arm. passing on the décolleté to the other arm Drain the leg. Drain the thigh. Alternate drainage of the thigh. Fulling of the thigh. Drain the knee Alternate drainage of the knee. Alternate smoothing of the tibia. Stretching the top of the foot. Stretching the bottom of the foot. Drain the leg. Repeat these movements on the other leg

Mini-waves that crush the back Alternating smoothing of the sides of the spine. Expulsion smoothing «pine tree». Small shelling movements on the opposite side of the spine. Ascend. 3 Large shelling movements. Descend.

15 CLIENT FACE UP Circular movements on the abdomen First with 1 aromatic bag then 2. Alternate smoothing on the abdomen. Working the Chakras: circular clockwise pressures with 1 aromatic bag Chakra of the abdomen solar plexus heart emergence of the throat forehead - 3 rd Eye the top of the head -fontanel Together perform circle on the Chakra on the abdomen the top of the head. Go on the arm. CHANGE THE AROMATIC BAG Repeat movements 5 to 7 on the other arm Expulsion movements on the arm then forearm. Circular pressure on the palm of the hand. 18 Preliminary movements - continued Specific foot movements ) Criss-cross smoothing of the foot ) Open /close the space between the bones - center of the foot - 4 times Working from ankle to toes 11) Open / close each space between the bones of the foot. 4 times in each space Work from ankle to toes, start with the line of the big toe ) Circular rotation of each toe 3 times in one direction, 3 times in the other. Then gentle stretch and slide off the toe to finish the movement 13) Flex / extend the toes. Finish by smoothing. Carry out the same movements on the other foot

19 Specific foot movements Foot stimulation: Begin on the left foot ) As the client exhales - pressure with both thumbs on the solar plexus - 3 times 2) Pressure with the thumbs along the Diaphragm line on 4 points repeat 3 times 3) Alternating deep pressures on the Solar plexus : towards the toes 3 times 4 4) Above the ankle bone (an ankle chain) : with 3 or 4 fingers, make 5 small circles that push in the direction of the knee on 5 points 5 5) Repeat movement #4 below the ankle bone, 5 circles on 5 points 6 6) Push the energy in the direction of the head and circle the ankle bone, 5 times

20 Specific foot movements Foot stimulation continued 7b 7f 7f 7) Compression of the foot a) Hands prayer position, circular pressures with the palms on the outer arch of the foot and the top of foot at the same time - 5 times b) Top of foot: circular-spiral pressures from ankle progressing to the toes in 5 spirals. c) Circular pressures on the entire top of the foot - 5 times d) Bottom of foot: circular-spiral pressures from heel progressing to the toes in 5 spirals e) Circular pressures on the entire arch - 5 times f) Circular spiral pressures on the top/bottom of the foot at the same time -5 times, finish with 5 circular pressures on the entire foot 8 8) Waves in 3 lines on the sole of the foot. Carry out 5 wave movements (ring finger, middle and index) progressively travelling upwards in 3 lines. Each time go back down by smoothing the line with the thumb smooth each line 5 times 9 9) Simultaneous compression of the sole of the foot and stretching the top of the foot. The hand under the foot moves on 5 points, from the heel to the toes, while the hand on top of the foot stretches and presses down working from the ankle to the toes.

Carry out caterpillar movements: both thumbs parallel, unroll 5 times from the ankle to the toes and then 5 times from toes back to the ankle ) Pressures in the spaces between the toes starting with the big toe, Pinch with the thumb and index; rotate anti-clockwise x a 13b 12) Pressure on the joint of the small toe: anti-clockwise circular pinching 5 times. 13a) Circular pressure of the cushion under the foot (anti-clockwise) x5 13b) Deep circular pressure of the arch of the foot x5

22 Specific foot movements Foot stimulation continued ) Caterpillar on the outside of the tibia: With the thumbs, unroll like the crawling of the caterpillar on 5 points from the ankle to the knee. Follow with 5 deep smoothing from ankle to knee. 15) Pinching of the tibia: carry out pinching movements with the inside hand going up to the knee 5 times, then with the outside hand 5 times. To finish alternate with left and right hand 16 16) Stimulation of the vital energy points the Chakra 5 circular pressures (anti-clockwise) on each of the following points. Crown: on the tip of the big toe 3 rd eye: above the first joint Throat: above the 2 nd joint Heart: below the 2nd joint Solar plexus: on the plexus Center of gravity : above the heel Sacrum: in the middle of the heel Then, smooth along the Chakra line with the thumb 5 times Change foot and carry out the same movements on the right foot.

24 Specific hand movements Repeat each movement 3 times 1 2 Smooth from the hand to elbow. 3 4 Alternate smoothing. Then go down the sides of the arm, hand and fingers Fulling the forearm from wrist to the elbow. 6 7 Alternating circular movements around the wrist with thumbs. Simultaneous circular movements around wrist using 4 fingers Alternating circular movements on the top of the hand. Clockwise circular movements of the wrist. Then slide down the thumb.

25 8 Circular movements down each finger, work from thumb to little finger. Finish with a gentle stretch. 9 Pressure at the base between each finger, work from the thumb to the little finger. 10 Alternate smoothing of the inter metacarpal spaces with the 2 thumbs in upward direction. Work from the little finger to the thumb.

26 11 12 Drain from the wrist to elbow. Turn the hand over Circular movements along the internal line of the hand. From the thumb to the wrist. Massage in a crisscross movement back and forth (with 2 thumbs) on the lower palm Smooth the external side of the little finger with the thumb. Clockwise circular movements of the palm with the fingertips.

27 17 18 Turn the hand over. Smooth from the hand to elbow Stretch both fingers at the same time: Little finger + thumb Ring finger + index finger Middle finger + thumb Drain the arm and descend by enveloping the sides of the arm and end with the fingers of the hand.
