1 Click SIGN IN on Homepage. Enter you username: last name.first name Password: ( changeme is your 1 st time PW) Sign In Click on MY ACCOUNT o This is where you can edit your account information and change your password. Click on SITE MANAGER in the top right of screen. o You will see your name at the top of the page. Click on the word WELCOME next to the apple.

2 o Type a short biography. o There is an option to add a photo. o To do this CLICK Browse o And in the next window o Upload Image on the left o Go to the place you have saved your photo. o Find an image and Click on it to select it o Click Open and continue in the next window o You have the option to change the height and width of your image. (200 x150 works well)... after admiring yourself o Click Insert Image o And SAVE in the next window

3 To take a look at your work: o SAVE o View WEBSITE at the top of the window To go back to Editing your work o Click on SITE MANAGER at the top. o Click WELCOME to continue your editing to the About Teacher page. Next to the About Me tab Click on the Details tab o Enter your school o School phone number o Degrees and Certifications o SAVE

About Teacher / Principal This page type is useful for teacher/principal information pages. Article Library This page type is useful for sports highlights, newsletters, and meeting minutes. Basic Page This page type keeps things simple with a photo app, a heading app and a content app. Blank Page This page type is a blank canvas, with a single column layout and no apps included. Book List This page type is useful for creating reading lists and book recommendations. Calendar A calendar can be used for such things as homework, sport schedules, field trips and conferences. Department Homepage This page type allows simple creation of a department homepage. Discussion This page type is useful for facilitating the exchange of ideas. Document Viewer/Display PDF File Library This page type is useful for policies, forms, software updates and art projects. Link Library This page type is useful for helpful links, fun links and homework links. Maps & Directions This page type is useful for athletic events, field trips and other occasions when you want to give detailed driving directions.

5 Photo Gallery This page type is useful for sharing photos of school activities like classroom projects and field trips. Podcast This page type is useful for such things as showcasing school concerts and sharing foreign language assignments. Q & A This page type is useful for enabling users to submit and discuss questions and answers. Flex Pages and Links pages are easy to use and great to start with! o Flex Pages appear like a Word Document. You can type, insert hyperlinks, and even add videos if you wish. Links to the pages show up in the side bar under your name. o To Add a Page o You must be in the SITE MANAGER view. o Click NEW PAGE The Links page makes it very simple to add a library list of links. o You can click on Option to change the name of the page if you wish. o Click on New Link o Name it and enter Link Title o A description is optional o Insert web address at the bottom o A Check Mark is in the Activate on my page. Leave the check mark in place. o Save o To view what you just did, on the Site Manager page, click View Website. There you go! o Continue to create new links or pages.
