This program is designed to support you in your goals to maintain a healthy lifestyle by helping you identify & select delicious & nutritious dining options every day. Selections of our Heart Healthy Dining Menu are identified using this symbol next to the item on the menu When you see this symbol next to a selection on our menu it tells you that these foods are Heart Healthy Menu Options that are made under the following nutritional standards: Made with low-sodium or salt free seasonings & stocks in place of salt based seasonings. Made with fresh herbs as primary seasonings in place of salt based seasonings. Rich in fresh fruits & vegetables as primary ingredients.

2 Using olive oil in cooking process or as ingredient in recipe. All ingredients used are sugar free or classified as no-added sugar foods. Made with fat-free salad dressings. Made with sugar free dessert selections such as sugar free ice creams & puddings. All cooked vegetable side dishes are seasoned with salt-free seasonings & fresh herbs in place of salt based seasonings. Offering whole grain & multi grain bread products. Roasting is a method of cooking that keeps fat content to a minimum by increasing the amount of fat runoff in the cooking process. Slow roasting also helps maintain flavor & moisture of the meat by preserving its natural juices. Fresh Fruit of the Day Each day our Chefs select from a supply of fresh locally-grown seasonal fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, mango, pineapple, grapes & berries to create a fresh fruit salad.
