Redo s must be lodged within 1 month from date of invoice. Cancellation Policy Any jobs cancelled after design work has commenced will be invoiced at the standard charge-out rates. A minimum cost will apply (see terms and conditions below). Pro-Rata 3 Legged Dog Designs aim is to always provide the full quantity of a job requested. However short supply may occur. In the event of this happening, you will either be re supplied with extra product or where it is not commercially viable to re supply you, you will be offered a pro-rata discount. The prices enclosed are current at the time of publication. Due to fluctuating stock or freight costs outside our control, we apologise if prices alter without prior notice. Freight: Package & Handling / Freight We use a dedicated overnight freight service to ensure quick, accurate delivery of your goods. Bulk or rural deliveries are an extra 1-2 days over and above this. There is no packaging or freight charge for jobs picked up from our office. Fast Turnaround Service For urgent jobs that are needed within 3 working days a 30% service fee will be added. Proofing work Design work is proofed prior to printing and every effort is made to ensure jobs are free of mistakes or typos prior to printing however, any mistakes not picked up by the client are the responsibility of the client.

6 4 Digital or Offset Digital vs Offset printing Digital Printing - It can be differentiated from litho printing in many ways, some of which are; The Ink or Toner does not absorb into the paper, as does conventional Ink, but forms a layer on the surface. It generally requires less waste in terms of chemicals used and paper wasted in set up. It is excellent for rapid prototyping, or small print runs which means that it is more accessible to a wider range of designers. Offset printing - is a widely used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or offset ) from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. When used in combination with the lithographic process, which is based on the repulsion of oil and water, the offset technique employs a flat (planographic) image carrier on which the image to be printed obtains ink from ink rollers, while the non-printing area attracts a film of water, keeping the non-printing areas ink-free. What are some of the advantages of digital offset printing? Cost effective - material and labour charges are eliminated at both the pre-press and printing stages. Accurate proofing - each sheet that comes off the press is exactly what will be printed. Faster turnaround time. Fewer steps in the workflow and accurate proofing speed up the process.
