1 Questionnaire The WIKIFACE Project Kora Bongen, Chia-Chen Chang, Anbang Xu (and Roshanak Zilouchian) Goal To understand the effectiveness of our design, user satisfaction, and gather user comments. First we want to know how our design meets the goal of improve UI collaboration process. Is it better than current communication tools that designers are using? Does it help store and share design artifacts? Does it encourage UI designers to contribute and participate in the design process? Also we would like to know what other functions designers are looking for in our system and why they like or dislike the system.

2 Introduction You are invited to participate in a brief survey designed to gather information regarding UI design process and evaluating the tool we provide. This survey is being conducted by Computer Science students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as part of the Principles of User Interface Design, Implementation and Evaluation class project. Team members include Kora Bongen, Chia-Chen Chang, Anbang Xu, and Roshanak Zilouchian. The records of this survey will be kept confidential and viewed only by members of the research team. In any report we might publish, we will not include any information that will allow identification of survey participants. It should take around minutes to complete the full test.
