3 3 Introduction and Background Our Client: Town of Chapel Hill Public Housing: 336 public housing units spread between 13 neighborhoods in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Town seeks to improve energy conservation and recycling practices among the residents of these public housing units Our Mission: Explore options for client and public housing residents to develop awareness of energy conservation, efficiency, and proper recycling practices Identify low- and no-cost conservation and recycling solutions Develop means for Town to easily inform incoming and existing residents about what they can do to save energy and money.
