In connection of, Trunk (if existing) and of equal capacity Transmission Connection on P.C. in case the Analog C. hosting the P.C/ is identical to the respective Analog C. where the point of presence (PoP) of the provider belongs to, or it happens to be also Co.L.L. TEMPORARY CIRCUITS Only the following are available as temporary circuits: (a) End-to-end connected Analog Circuits; and (b) Connected Digital Circuits in the following forms: + Trunk + or + The following billing structure shall apply as follows: Α) One-Off Connection Fee: same as the one-off Connection Fee of the respective permanent circuit. B) Rates: 1-25 days: for the 1 st day: 20% of the corresponding monthly rate for permanent circuit; for each additional day the 2 nd to the 25 th : 1/30 of monthly lease rate Above 25 days and up to 6 months: for each additional day: 1/30 of the corresponding monthly rate for permanent circuit, increased by 10%. Minimum lease period is 24hrs. The temporary circuit rates are valid 18/5/2010 H. SPECIAL RATES ONE-OFF FEE FOR DATA RATE UPGRADE: 50% of the respective Connection Fee.
