3 Introduction McM Global has embraced new technology and has subsequently partnered with Cycleworld Malaysia to develop a range of systems and products for the Residential and Commercial Building Industry. The products and systems in the attached specification provide alternative building practices that Provide innovative solutions with multiple benefits to construction. The Panels and systems deliver strong energy efficient alternatives with speed and minimal wasteage on site. The passive result that is achieved by the Fastfix systems and products prove that in all instances of construction and climates that it ultimately reduces carbon footprint and reinforces that there is no better insulation or construction adhesive than Polyurethane (Pu). The process we have adopted is all items in the panel are thermally bonded with injected Pu with the advantage that all cast in items have all points and faces bonded and the panel is cured with linings on. Traditionally competitors purchase the Pu in sheets and glue and press the linings with joining systems that are manually screwed in place resulting in slight air gaps and thermal bridging. The benefits of Polyurethane as a building option are numerous and far exceed Polystyrene and traditional SIPS construction ie; as a rule it is 1.5 to 2.5 times superior in insulation properties. The Fastfix range uses Huntsman superior grade Polyurethane that is Fire Retardent and self extinguishing. We also offer a Polyisocyarunate (PIR) in instances where a greater fire rating is required. The material used in the panels is CFC free and we are the first complete construction system to do so. The acoustic benefits of the Fastfix range and it s strength and thermal insulation properties allow for reduced cost for achieving an ambient home. Modular Fabrication have been highlighted by academics such as Dr Martin West from Curtin University in a report for the Dept of Commerce and the Industry Capability Network. He emphasizes that Western Australia needs to embrace fabrication from countries such as Malaysia as there 2nd out performs our 1st Tier in a lot of instances. Pu SIPS have been used throughout the USA and Europe for over 30 years. A startling revelation was outlined in a report issued by a European study that expressed that if houses were built in Pu over the last 10 years that the reduction in Carbon Footprint and emissions from solely the energy savings from conditioning a standard home they would have achieved the targets set in the Kyoto agreement. The strength and versatility of our systems have recently been put through it s paces in the recent Cyclone in the North West and were unscathed. McM Global are still developing more products for the Construction Industry where there is a need for alternatives in materials and productivity challenged practices. Current R&D we are engaged in is a thermal permanent formwork system to eleviate the thermal misgivings of masonary, and a complete cyclonic system for 2 storey construction without a steel portal frame or Load Bearing Concrete elements.

5 Floor Panels FF F FF F FF F A series of floor panels that vary in thickness from 65mm to 150mm. All panels are insulated with PU, embedded with steel hollow sections and bonded to cement fibre board sheets. Also with a steel joining system for the different thicknesses. 6 Roof Panels FF100-20R Insulated with 20mm of rigid polyurethane bonded to a profiled PPGI sheet on one side and a decorative PVC lining on the underside. FF500-20R Insulated with 20mm of rigid polyurethane bonded to a profiled PPGI sheet on one side and a flat PPGI sheet on the underside. FF600-50R Insulated with 50mm of rigid polyurethane bonded to a profiled PPGI sheet on one side and a flat PPGI sheet on the underside. 7 Versatile Building Panels 1000/3000 series Originally manufactured as a cold room panel, with a variety of thicknesses from 50mm to 250mm. It is insulated with rigid polyurethane bonded to two sheets of pre-painted galvanised steel (PPGI) acting as the outside skins. The difference between the 1000 and 3000 panel is the joining system, while both have a rotary cam-lock used with an allon key, the 1000 has a tongue and groove joint while the 3000 features a finger joint.
