About Your Subscription EckhartTolleTV.com is a monthly Internet subscription based on the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng. A new issue of Eckhart Tolle TV is released on the 1 st of every month. An issue contains a collection of videos that can be watched online or downloaded to your computer. Each issue has a featured Private Seminar with Eckhart which corresponds to the topic of that month s issue. There will also be Question & Answer videos, exclusive content from Kim Eng, and a live meditation. Similar to a magazine subscription, Eckhart Tolle TV operates on a month-to-month basis. Regardless of when you initially signed up for Eckhart Tolle TV, you will receive the same content as subscribers who began their subscription near the beginning of the month. Purchased issues will be available to view online for as long as your subscription remains current, or for up to 90 days after subscription cancellation. Each issue of Eckhart Tolle TV contains approximately 2½ - 3 hours of material. The featured seminar will typically be at least an hour in length. There are usually 2-5 Question and Answer videos per month, and these typically run anywhere from 2 minutes to 20 minutes each. The live meditation also varies in duration.

Subscription Types A) Subscription Options Eckhart Tolle TV is pleased to offer four different subscription options: A) Monthly streaming access for $14.95/month B) Monthly streaming access & downloads for $19.95/month C) 6-Month streaming access for $74.95 D) 6-Month streaming access & downloads for $99.95 B) Streaming vs. Downloading Streaming access to Eckhart Tolle TV refers to watching the content on the site directly. It does not allow you to keep the material, however you are able to log in and view all purchased issues from the preceding 12-month period for as long as you are a current subscriber to Eckhart Tolle TV. Downloads are available for each purchased issue in audio or video format. When you download from Eckhart Tolle TV, the audio and/or video files are transferred from the website to your computer s hard drive, where you can keep them indefinitely. The files can then be used for creating your own CDs and DVDs (using your own individual software), or you can put them on your ipod/mp3 player to take with you. Purchasing Downloads a la carte You may upgrade your subscription to receive downloads for specific issues. Downloads can be purchased for $9.95 to receive both audio and video downloads of an entire issue. This option will be available after streaming access of that issue has been purchased. 3. Subscription Renewals & Billing Information Eckhart Tolle TV accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Paypal. A) Credit Card Payments For subscribers who pay with a credit card, billing occurs on the 1 st of each month. This is when your credit card will be charged. If you do not have a credit card stored on your Profile, or if automatic renewal is turned off, you will not be charged.

3 Your subscription is set to renew automatically by default. You can make changes to your billing settings by logging in to your account, visiting your user Profile, and selecting the Billing Settings tab to access your personal information and make any desired changes. B) Paypal Payments Billing Schedule For subscribers who pay with Paypal, billing occurs on the anniversary of the date your subscription began. For example, if your subscription began on the 15 th of the month, it will also renew on the 15 th, and this is when access to the current month s issue will be granted. Renewal will take place automatically unless you cancel your subscription from your Paypal account. Cancelling Paypal If you wish to cancel your subscription via Paypal, you must go in to your Paypal account & go back to the date of when the subscription was first created - you can search your account history for this in Paypal. On the Subscription Creation page, you will see a button to Cancel Subscription. Changing Paypal Billing To re-subscribe with a different subscription type via Paypal, first cancel your current subscription & then click the link on your Billing Settings page (on Eckhart Tolle TV) which will prompt you to re-enable with Paypal. C) Re-Enabling my Account If you have not been charged for the current month s issue, your account will automatically become disabled. This means that access to the Community will be lost and you must Re-Enable your account to continue your subscription. To re-enable your account using a credit card: 1. Log in to your Eckhart Tolle TV account 2. Click on Profile at the top of the page 3. Hit the Billing Settings tab of the Profile page. 4. Hit Update under the Card on File header at the bottom of the page to change your card information. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable your account. To re-enable your account using Paypal: 1. Follow steps one to three as above.

4 2. Click the link on your Billing Settings page under the header Re-Enable My Account Using Paypal and follow the steps to complete the payment. 4. Downloading Audio & video downloads of Eckhart Tolle TV material are available three ways: A) As part of a monthly subscription package for $19.95/month B) As part of the 6-Month Streaming & Downloads package for $99.95 C) Individually for $9.95 per issue (including both audio and video). The option to purchase the audio and video downloads of an issue for $9.95 will be available only after streaming access of that issue has been purchased. To access downloads that have been purchased: 1. Log in to your account at 2. Click on My Downloads (you should see a number next to this, showing how many downloads are available). 3. All the monthly issues will be presented to you, in both Audio & Video format. 4. Choose either [Audio Download] or Video. 5. Choose your quality low bitrate or regular bitrate 6. A box should pop up, prompting you to start the download. You may also choose to save to a specific location on your computer by right-clicking the "download" link and selecting "Save Target As" or "Save File As" (depending on your browser). You may then specify a location on your hard drive. Bitrate & Bandwidth Bitrate corresponds to the quality of an audio or video file. Low bitrate files are of a lesser quality but are smaller and thus will download faster. Likewise, high bitrate files will be of a higher quality but take longer to download as they are larger files. Bandwidth refers to the speed of your Internet connection. Notes about Downloads If downloads are not included with your subscription, you will not see any downloads in your My Downloads section until they have been purchased. Downloads of Eckhart Tolle TV are available for a 90-day period after they are purchased. When a new issue becomes available on the first of the month, downloads of that month s issue will be available for 90 days and will expire after

5 that time. Additionally, single files can be downloaded a maximum of 10 times. For your convenience, we have implemented a countdown system on the download page that shows how much time you have left to download the content from an issue. ipod/iphone/itunes Please note: While we provide files for download which are compatible with itunes, ipod, etc, we do not provide support for software or products that are not associated with Eckhart Tolle TV. Please consult the Help or Troubleshooting section of your manual, or consult web-based support for itunes, located here: 5. Live Meditations Each month, Eckhart will lead a live meditation at a specific time. The date and time for each month s meditation will be announced on the Member Home page of the site. A countdown clock will indicate how many days are left until the meditation is to take place, and clicking the link beneath it will reveal the exact date and time. Please note: If you are unable to participate in the meditation live, it will be made available in both streaming and download format for your convenience. The video will be posted to the site in streaming format within 48 hours of the broadcast, and the download version will be available within approximately two weeks. To view previous month s meditations, please do the following: 1. Log in to your Eckhart Tolle TV account. 2. Scroll down on the Member Home page to the bottom, where you can select a previous month s issue to view. 3. Once on the previous issue s page, you will see a section on the upper right hand side entitled Monthly Meditation. 3.
