23 Network connectivity Library is a part of the IITB Computer Network built around a Fiber-Optic Gigabit Ethernet Backbone comprising of 5 Routing Switches. Library is connected to the backbone through one of the Switches Institute's backbone is connected to 32 Mbps of Internet Band-Width on leased links from VSNL and Reliance Reading area has recently been Wi-Fi enabled to provide wireless access to Internet.
