4 General 1. General 1.1. Support of MSISDN Services OX App Suite provides general support for MSISDN Services. With the MSISDN Services it is possible to identify a unique number from the GSM or UMTS mobile networks. This provides the possibility to have the numbers at the auto-complete of contact search and to send mails to MSISDN numbers Improved Clearing a Search A user can reset a search without the need to cancel it or delete the search term manually. There is now a 'close' icon in the search field to reset the current search. Clicking on this icon will delete the search term in the input field as well as resetting the executed search so all items are shown again. The cursor will stay in the input field so a user can directly enter another search term search can be closed via Close Icon A user can close the search bar directly with a close icon on the right hand side Displaying the folder name when executing a Search OX App Suite provides the information in which folder a search has been executed without opening the folder sidebar. The folder name is shown in the center of the content toolbar at the bottom of the page. If a search has been executed on all folders, then the words "All folders" are displayed Toggle All Checkbox in all OX Modules Folder Lists It is possible to select all objects in a module folder list without using keyboard shortcuts or selecting items manually. There is a new checkbox in the content toolbar (on the left side), which is shown when the checkbox selection mode has been activated. A click on that checkbox will toggle the selection of all objects in that folder. This checkbox is available in every module (OX Mail, OX Contacts, OX Calendar, OX Tasks and OX Files) Consistent positioning of Action Menus This new version provides a consistent positioning of all action menus in all applications. The action menus are moved to the top of the view and aligned to the left, as implemented in the module before. 5 OX Portal 2. OX Portal 2.1. Close Icon in Portal Widgets To close a widget and remove it from the OX Portal, OX App Suite now provides a close icon on the right corner of each widget. This makes it possible to update the view directly in the OX Portal Portal Widget can be dragged around in Settings It is now possible to move widget around and change widget order in the OX Portal setting page as well as directly on the portal page. 6 OX Mail 3. OX Mail 3.1. Icon and Tool-Tip for deleting a Recipient or Attachment in the Compose Mail View If a user wants to delete a single recipient, or attachment, when composing a mail, OX App Suite now provides an icon and a tool-tip to remove recipient and attachments Redesigned Function of Text and HTML Switch OX App Suite now provides a design change for improved usability on the creation page. The switch to change between Text and HTML is now shown as radio buttons. Administration, Technical Extensions, Plug-In s, etc Hide the 'Application Launcher' Open-Xchange provides the possibility to hide the application launcher in the OX App Suite web interface. Note that the application launcher is enabled by default. An administrator can disable the launcher in the backend. When disabled, the application launcher icon is not shown on the main toolbar Custom Translations in the User Interface OX App Suite supports custom translations. New admin functionality is now available, via gettext, and addtranslation(dictionary, key, value) that allows the addition of custom translation to a global dictionary ("*") as well as replacing translations in existing dictionaries. In order to use this, you have to create a plugin for the "core" namespace. More information is available at Specify a Maximum total Mail Size for Messages The administrator has the possibility to specify a maximum total mail size for messages.
