2 When the player creates an account with Interwetten, or at any time after the player has created an account, Interwetten offers the facility to link the player account to the player's social media account (e.g. Facebook or Google Plus) or an electronic wallet (e.g. PayPal) ("Third Party Account"). If the player chooses to link his Interwetten account with one or more of these he will sign in to his Interwetten account simply by being signed in to his Third Party Account ("Single sign-on"). The intention of Single sign-on is to facilitate the player's access to Interwetten. Single sign-on is not intended to make available to third parties any of the player's betting or gaming data. Interwetten will at all times process the player's personal data in strict accordance with applicable Maltese and EU data protection legislation and assumes no responsibility for any use of data by third parties. 4. Data Collected When Using Interwetten Services Profile Interwetten stores information that is collected by cookies, logfiles, clear gifs, and/or by third parties' support in order to create player profiles. A profile contains recorded information on individual players with exact indications of preferences concerning downloaded content. Logically, this information is related to the players' personal and identifiable data and used to provide offers and improvements in website content to the benefit of all players. Profiles are used to design each player's experience on the Interwetten website individually and to provide specific marketing information. Cookies A cookie is a piece of data saved on the player's computer and linked to specific user information. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs) Some of our marketing partners use a software technology called 'clear gifs' (also known as Web Beacons/Web Bugs) that helps us to manage content on our site better by indicating the effectiveness of specific content. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier. They are similar in function to cookies and used to track the online movements of web users. The main difference between a cookie and a clear gifs lies in the fact that clear gifs are visible on the page. Clear gifs are not linked to players' personally identifiable information. Together with cookies, clear gifs may be utilized to identify previous online behavior of a specific computer's user. Such information may be made available to specific marketing partners on a case-by-case basis. Usage of YouTube Plugins Interwetten uses YouTube as provider to integrate videos on this website. The video platform YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, based in 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is owned by Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Videos are integrated on this site through YouTube plugins. Whenever players open the Interwetten website furnished with the said plugins, a connection to the YouTube servers is being built up in order to display the plugin. In this way, it is being communicated to the YouTube server from which website the player is visiting. If the player is logged in as a YouTube member, YouTube assigns this information to the individual user account. By using the plugin like e.g. clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to the respective user account. Players can prevent this assignment by logging out from their YouTube account and other accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting their cookies before using the Interwetten website. Use of Personal Data The recording of personal data is carried out in order to - verify the identity and age of players - process the contractual arrangement between Interwetten and the player - communicate with the player - fulfill legal obligations, in particular the matching of player data with national and international player protection databases (self-exclusion lists). 3 / 6

4 6. Disclosure of Personal Data Player data is treated in strict confidence. As a matter of principle, personal player data will not be disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure occurs on the basis of legal obligations or rights, or unless such disclosure has been authorized by the player. On a case-by-case basis, Interwetten makes use of services provided by third parties acting in the company's name. These third parties are obliged to treat players' data securely and confidentially. Their use of said data is restricted to the extent required to fulfil the respective task. Therefore, only the required minimum of data will be provided. In order to complete players' identity verification, player data may be matched against the databases of the international GB Group Ltd.
