2 Who We Are Cimarron Energy Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of separation, treating, gas conditioning, and environmental equipment for the oil and gas and utility industries. The company is owned by Turnbridge Capital Partners, a Texas-based investor in oil and gas companies serving the energy industry. Formed in 1976 as Cimarron Tank, the company initially offered production separators, treaters, sand separators, and direct-fired equipment, growing rapidly beginning in 2003 with its initial enclosed gas production units followed by enclosed combustors for incineration of storage tank vapor. Cimarron was one of the early entrants into the Marcellus shale gas play, becoming the leader in high pressure gas separation equipment in the northeast US and western slope regions. The company received certification of its enclosed combustors by the EPA in 2014 and has the largest product line of certified combustors in the industry. Cimarron offers its customers timely availability of reliable solutions with ease of use. Products are designed according to the ASME code using simulation and engineering tools and Cimarron Energy currently operates three ASME code production facilities. The company also offers ongoing service and support through its field service personnel and with the assistance of thirdparty service companies. 3 SEPARATION SEPARATORS AND GAS PRODUCTION UNITS Cimarron s separators and gas production equipment have become an industry standard for wellhead consolidation, pad footprint and flow-line reduction, installation and production efficiency, and lower capital investment. Multiple-well designs Reduced footprint & installation costs Skid-limit design Pressures to 1440 PSIG (100 BARG) Two and three phase Separators are typically 20 to 42 OD (50 to 90 cm) Optional enclosed cabinet for challenging operating environments SEPARATION HIGH/LOW PRESSURE 3-PHASE Commonly used in US shale fields, the high/ low pressure (HLP) separator combines the benefits of a higher-pressure two-phase separator with a lower-pressure three-phase treater. The wellstream is heated via internal coils with gas/liquid separation occurring primarily in the higher-pressure vessel on top of the unit. Liquids then enter the lower-pressure direct-fired separator for effective separation of oil and water. One of the primary benefits is gas can be sold at higher pressure(typically 500 psig MAWP) for metering and transmission avoiding compression while the liquids are separated at lower pressure in the horizontal treater vessel (typically 125 PSI MAWP).

4 HEATER TREATER Treaters are often employed to enhance separation of oil and water emulsions. While we design and manufacture stand-alone treaters, many of our customers combine these with flash separators to remove as much gas as possible prior to treating the liquid emulsion. The patented Chad Dome innovation controls liquid slugs and prevents liquid carry-over in the gas product. Manages liquid slugs % increased gas flow capability Utilizes gas velocity changes and baffle impingement to minimize liquid carry-over Secondary mist pad minimizes liquid in the gas outlet VAPOR RECOVERY TOWER Cimarron manufactures vapor recovery vessels to minimize vapor emissions from oil and condensate storage tanks. These low pressure vessels (typically 3-5 psig) allow for final flashing of vapors prior to storage. Captured gas and vapors can be used as onsite burner fuel, moved to the sales line, or incinerated in Cimarron s EPA certified enclosed combustors.

5 EPA CERTIFIED ENCLOSED COMBUSTORS Cimarron s enclosed combustion units provide a clean, safe, and efficient solution for eliminating tank vapors and ensuring regulatory compliance. Their performance has been proven to exceed the US EPA s strict requirements with a greater than 99% destruction rate. Designed for both low and high volume applications, the enclosed flares are easy to install and require little ongoing maintenance. Ignition systems with automation capability and data logging features are also available. Standard models have flame cells ranging from 24 to 60, with capacity of 2,000 to 60,000 SCFD (56 to 1700 m3/day). The larger high volume units contain four 24 flame cells and can accommodate up to 120,000 SCFD (3400 m3/day). ECDs typically operate at pressures of 1 to 12 oz/in2. All five models were approved by the EPA in December 2014 as Manufacturer Tested under Quad O guidelines.

6 SAND SEPARATORS Many of today s unconventional fields regularly produce sand and other solids that present processing and equipment maintenance issues. Cimarron has developed mobile, skidbased sand separators that remove these solids from the well stream. The vertical models are rated at 3000 to psg. Single and double vertical sand separators MOBILE TEST SEPARATORS & FLARES Cimarron also designs and manufactures equipment for well service companies, providing a line of mobile or skid-mounted well test separators and flares. These are widely used in the shale plays in North America where initial production needs to be evaluated.

7 BURNER MANAGEMENT AND IGNITION The Cimarron ARC is a fully scalable BMS that adapts to your well site. The price also scales with the functionality, so you only pay for the features you need. At its most basic, the ARC can monitor and ignite a pilot flame on separators, treaters, burners, or combustors for added site safety. If the pilot goes out for any reason, the system can notify the customer through Modbus or alarm. On the other end of the scale, the ARC can also be combined with control valves, pressure sensors and thermocouples for a complete burner management solution. The Cimarron ARC also has the ability to monitor and control up to 16 burner systems from a single control.
