1 Disney World Florida Dance Intensive Nov 28-Dec 5, 2016 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: *Open to dancers Ages 9 to Adult worldwide *Spend 7 nights at Disney s Port Orleans Riverside Resort *Perform in a Holiday themed parade down Main Street USA at The Magic Kingdom! *Take private workshops with top Orlando and Disney instructors and industry professionals-- Build confidence and increase skill level *Rehearse and take part in a special Disney dance camp with other dancers from around the world! *Program size is limited to allow for proper one-on-one-training *Explore all four Disney World parks with your 4 Day Dancer Park Hopper Pass *See Cirque du Soleil s La Nouba in Downtown Disney *Enjoy a Hawaiian Feast and Luau at Disney s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show *Say Farewell at Epcot s Biergarten Restaurant with your new dance friends! Then, take part in Disney s Candlelight Processional as a celebrity narrator recites the Nativity Story! * Upon successful completion of the intensive, dancers may graduate into "The Next Step" management service.

2 LODGING: Dancers and families will spend the week at Disney s Port Orleans Riverside Resort. The resort offers beautiful views, pools, and free transportations to the Disney Parks. In addition, free roundtrip transportation from MCO Airport is included in resort booking! Dancers who room with family are offered the special Be Discovered rate TBA. (2015 rate was $166 + tax per night.) The hotel is a Be Discovered favorite! A view of the Riverside and Main Lobby. DANCE PRIVATE WORKSHOPS: Dancers will take private workshops with top Orlando and Disney choreographers in styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and more in small classes with proper one-onone training. Dancers will also take lessons in stage makeup and improvisation (acting), which helps to build confidence and character development skills that will take their performances to the next level 2014 Be Discovered Disney dancers keep time during a high energy workshop! Five time Be Discovered alumni, Will Thomas, during a workshop. Will went on to make the Top 8 of So You Think You Can Dance!

3 DISNEY REHEARSALS & DANCE CAMP: Before dancing down Main Street USA, dancers will rehearse and train with Disney & L.A. choreographers to nail the parade choreography they ve learned at home. Here, the will join dancers from around the world and will be put into formation for their Disney debut. In addition, dancers will join their new dance friends to participate in a special dance camp featuring Disney teaching artists, casting directors, and choreographers who will teach styles like jazz and musical theatre! 2015 Be Discovered Disney dancers rehearse with other dancers to become parade perfect! Dancers learn new moves at Disney Dance Camp! PARADE: Dancers will be given special parade choreography before arriving in Orlando to learn and perfect at home. The Be Discovered dance team will join hundreds of dancers from around the world for a very special holiday themed dance parade through the streets of The Magic Kingdom in front of cheering family members and guests Disney dancer, Isleigh from the U.S., dancin down Main Street USA!

4 SPECIAL EVENTS PHOTO SHOOT: Each year, we offer a photo shoot with a top photographer for dancers to have professional headshots and dance shots. These photos are useful for dancers considering professional careers, as well as for local studio and collegiate auditions and just for fun to experience being a model. Includes professional makeup Summer in L.A. dancer, Chloe from China, gets camera ready. DISNEY S SPIRIT OF ALOHA DINNER AND SHOW: Celebrate the spirit of aloha with spellbinding dancers, drummers and a show-stopping fire-knife performance. In the open-air theater in Luau Cove, delight in mesmerizing traditions from Polynesia, including dances from Tahiti, Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand and Hawaii. Settle in for platters of authentic dishes, like Island pulled pork, BBQ ribs, roasted chicken and a vegetable medley. Then, for dessert, indulge in some warm pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce! There are also children s favorites like mini corn dogs with tater tots, cheese pizza and more. For this event, family members may choose to join us, with special rates available for children ages Disney Dancers watch a fire dancer onstage! The cast of the show performs a lively number!

5 CIRQUE DU SOLEIL LA NOUBA : Witness this international cast as they perform glorious feats of incredible strength and breathtaking beauty as only Cirque does. Acrobats, dancers, singers, trapeze artists, jugglers and clowns more than 65 artists representing 15 countries delight and mystify with daring acts of grace. Imaginative costumes, exotic makeup and dynamic sets make this a favorite show of our programs. Family members may join us for this experience! A must attend Disney experience! FAREWELL DINNER AND CANDLELIGHT PROCESSIONAL: Enjoy an all-you-can eat buffet in the heart of Germany at Epcot s Germany Pavilion! Dance the night away on the polka floor to a live band! Spend this last meal with your new dance friends, take pictures, exchange memories and phone numbers. After dinner, enjoy prime seats at Disney s Candlelight Processional! Join a 50-piece orchestra and hundreds of angelic voices as a celebrity narrator recounts the Nativity Story. For this event, family members may choose to join us, with special rates available for children ages 3-9. A view of the massive restaurant and stage! 2014 Disney dancers say farewell!
