8 PACKING/SKIDDING SERVICE Different types of container We will bring the cargo until the door of the customer, considering the shape and size and weight of cargo, also the environmental restriction of the route of transport. DRY CONTAINER OPEN TOP CONTAINER This is the most popular square container. We have special stage in our facility and mostly we load using the folk lift. There is a 40F container named High - Cube which is taller container This container has only plastic sheet on the top. We use this type of container when the cargo is over sizing or special shape. For this type of container some time required special adjustments including changing of truck. FLAT TRACK CONTAINER This container is just put the cargo on the top of the container. No outer wall. We use this type when the cargo still can t fit inside the OPEN TOP container. Very important to secure the rushing and covering the cargo to protect from water. Sometimes need special arrangements for this type such as changing the trailer etc. Other works when PACKING/SKIDDING BOXING/CASING CRATING This is wooden assembled container. Able to check inside after finish skidding. This way is simple and lighter than others but easy to be damaged from the spaces. from This is wooden total sealed case. Can keep adequate moisture inside. After sealing the case, won t be able to check inside. SKIDDING Making a special SKID from wood and install the cargo onto the skid. Very easy to be damaged so, usually we put the Skidded cargo inside the 40F container. REINFORCED CARTON BOX Depend on the necessity of the cargo can use simple carton box or triple story carton box for stacking on the easy to pack, righter than others. But, week from contact and humid. RUST-PROOFING The container is easy to be wet due to the condensation from the temperature of each point. Also need to be protected completely from the rain.
