TimberBuilt can take your existing porch and convert it into more useable, clean, dry space. A porch conversion typically uses the existing roof and foundation structure. The wall and glass structure in between is rebuilt and refinished. After Convert the porch into living space? TimberBuilt has the ability to do that as well. We install double pane, thermally efficient windows, insulate walls, add electric and heat so you can enjoy your room year round. For a simple conversion, single pane storm windows with full screens are placed directly over existing framing.
