7 School Bus Operations 10 Service area 10 school bus terminals in Wisconsin Plus charter work for local organizations. Our school bus service includes everything from daily school bus operations to transportation for athletic teams, special needs groups, field trips, and extracurricular activities. In addition, to our fleet of over 500 school buses serving 30 school districts, we provide shuttle service for hospitals and universities as well as special charter trips. Our fleet of vehicles are clean, exceptionallymaintained and driven by well trained, professionals focused on delivering timely service and unmatched safety. Nothing we do will ever compromise safety. Guaranteeing the safety and security of the students and passengers that we transport is one of our core values. All of our employees are committed to providing the highest level of safety in all our workplace and operational activities. We place special emphasis on driver training, vehicle maintenance and fleet replacement. And, our full time Safety Director oversees the training of our drivers and ensures that our safety program is the best in the industry. Exceptional Drivers Pre-trip safety inspections performed Safety Ratings Since the mid 1980 s, the U.S. Department of Transportation has attempted to conduct safety inspections of all commercial vehicle companies who are authorized to operate across state lines. GO Riteway has earned the highest rating the Department of Transportation assigns. In addition, GO Riteway is accredited to provide transportation to all divisions of the US Military and holds the Department of Defense s highest safety rating. Sleep Apnea Program Another example of GO Riteway s commitment to safety is our launching of the first employer sponsored Sleep Apnea Health & Safety Program in Southeastern Wisconsin. We partnered with Sleep Apnea Solutions, Inc. to institute a voluntary and confidential program to promote employee wellness and help prevent accidents associated with driver fatigue. Vehicle Event Recorder We ve taken safety a step further by implementing event recording technology on all of our motorcoaches, limousines, executive sedans and minibuses. This system allows us to capture video and audio during driving events. This information helps driver safety training and provides an accurate, objective account of driving events. The result will ultimately enhance the safe driving practices and established safety programs of all of GO Riteway s motorcoach and limousine drivers.

8 OUR Environmental MissiON Statement To be the leader in environmental sustainability within the ground transportation industry, through a focused effort to become more aware of the effects our employees, business partners, and vendors have on the environment. Wisconsin Partners for Clean Air Going Green GO Riteway truly cares about the environment and we are doing our part to make the world more sustainable for future generations. We have established an Environmental Sustainability Program designed to harmonize our company with the environment. Through these initiatives we are making a positive difference in the world around us and driving sustainable transportation into the future. Making a positive impact Our Motorcoach Service is the most fuel-efficient transportation mode in North America when measured in terms of passenger miles per gallon of fuel. Each bus has the capacity of taking up to 55 vehicles off the road saving fuel and reducing both emissions and congestion. Our shared ride vans also remove vehicles from the road and subsequently improves local air quality. In addition, our School Bus Program has been an active participant in the Go Yellow Go Green program that conserves fuel and reduces emissions. Energy Reduction We work with Focus on Energy to provide site assessments that evaluate how we can further reduce energy. We continually look for opportunities tho reduce our energy consumption while providing for a better work environment. Placing high efficiency lighting in all office and shop areas is just one example. Recycling We have established a Recycling Initiative at all locations and in our vehicles. Besides recycling paper, cardboard, fluids, tires and plastics at our facilities, we also recycle used engine oil and use it in waste oil burners in our shops. Our Oak Creek location is home to these vans as well as a propane refueling station. In addition, many of our school busses are hybrid vehicles further increasing fuel efficiency. A Certified Travel Green Business Emission Reduction GO Riteway has established a Fuel Conservation Program in which all of our terminal managers report monthly the mpg of each vehicle. These managers are responsible to reduce fuel consumption, decrease wasted expenditures in fuel and maintenance, and improve efficiency. In addition, GO Riteway s Anti-Idling Policy strives to reduce idling unless absolutely required. We also continually reinforce our environmental policies with our drivers to ensure proper execution.
