6 CHAUFFEURED INDUSTRY LEADING SOFTWARE Red Oak Transportation has made great strides and investment in software and technology in order to provide you the highest quality service available. We currently use the Odyssey Software by Global Ground Automation. All aspects of your experience from reservation to confirmation to final invoicing are integrated into a sophisticated, stream-lined system. In addition, the Odyssey software allows Red Oak Transportation the ability to accurately track all arriving airline flights in real-time. Furthermore, this advanced software allows us to create a detailed database with specific client information, as well as customize report to clients specification. COMMUNICATION We currently use the most efficient technology available to allow communication between the office and chauffeurs. This technology enables us to accurately transmit via or SMS any new reservation information, changes to existing reservations, and updated flight information in a secure electronic fashion. ON-LINE BOOKING TOOLS Our advanced software includes booking tools like Sabre so travel departments can continue to book online without interruption. We also have an online site for corporate administrators as well as the leisure traveler to directly book their transportation via the internet. Our online app is available for Android and ios users and will allow you to access your account and book reservations directly from your mobile device. LICENSING AUTHORITIES We are currently licensed by the following state and federal authorities: Westchester County Taxi & Limousine Commission NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission NYS Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Red Oak Transportation, its vehicles and chauffeurs abide by the stringent rules and regulations and inspection procedures of the various licensing authorities to ensure our passengers receive the highest standard in comfort, safety and reliability. In addition, securing insurance coverage well in excess of the industry standards results in a more stringent chauffeur screening process and a very low incident rate.

8 WAITING TIME AT AIRPORTS One hour included waiting time on all domestic and international flight arrivals is included on all airport pickups. After 1 hour from wheels down at the airport, the waiting time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes at the hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Pickup of passengers traveling on private jets to area FBO s will be billed from the scheduled wheels down time. WAITING TIME AT RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a grace period from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. ADDITIONAL STOPS Charges for Additional Stops are generally $10-25 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $10 each and stops at other towns along the way are $25. The base rate charged will be that of the furthest town with the intermediate stops charged accordingly. Stops within NYC are $25. Stops in another county or borough will be charged based on the actual service. Trips to/from Manhattan below 14th Street are an additional $15 added to the base rate. EARLY MORNING SURCHARGE Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 5:45am incur an additional $10.00 flat fee. STC FUEL SURCHARGE Charge based on current fuel price. CHAUFFEURED HOLIDAY SURCHARGE Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $25.00 flat fee: Christmas Eve (starting at 4 pm) Christmas Day New Years Eve (starting at 4 pm) New Years Day Independence Day (July 4th) Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Labor Day CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY 20% of the base fare, stops and any waiting time (if applicable). CANCELLATION POLICY Two hours advance notice is necessary for cancellation of a reservation. If the pickup location is beyond a 45 mile radius from our base in White Plains, then cancellation must be made before the established dispatch time for that call which will be greater than the two hours needed for local calls. Payments for exotic vehicles, coach and shuttle bus reservations are due in full two weeks prior to the event; no refund for payments made on these vehicles if cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled reservation. NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX Currently between 7 3/8% 8 7/8% depending upon pickup location. TOLLS Round trip tolls where applicable.
