Hua Yi was awarded a first-class license for their designs from the Chinese government, therefore it can operate in China, Hong Kong and Japan at the same time. It has offices in Shanghai and Nanjing as well. HWCD has designed many high quality residential shopping center, culture facilities, entertainment facilities, monopoly shops, headquarter office building, high-tech park and landmark buildings. HWCD targeted its market in the booming East China, founded its Shanghai representative office in 1998 and set up offices in Nanjing and Hangzhou. 7. H.C. Number of architects: less than 50 Total number of Employees: M.A.O. was first class architectural institute established by Japanese architect Mao. It is allowed to operate in Japan and China at the same time. It has now about 100 staff working in China. They have much designing experience in commercial buildings, fashion office block, pioneering residential buildings, and also landscape planning. Their head quarter is located in Shanghai.
