This change will require an adjustment to the width of your ads in the main body of the newspapers, as well as the classified and tab sections. Q. When is this page size conversion planned? A. The page size conversion is planned for Tuesday, July 7, At that time, all the sections will be converted to the new size. Q. Why are the page size and column widths changing? A. Page size is changing to conform more closely to industry standards dictated by the marketplace. Q. Does that mean I have to change the size of the ads I submit to The Miami Herald? A. Yes. Please begin submitting your ads based on the new specifications for publication on July 7th and thereafter. Can I submit ads created on a PC? A. Yes, but only as an Acrobat PDF file with fully embedded fonts, and CMY or grayscale color format. Q.
