Let us do the hard work this Christmas! Christmas Eve A beautiful set menu featuring local and seasonal produce will help start the festive celebrations. During dinner, the award winning Holmchase Singers will entertain you with a collection of traditional Christmas carols. Transport can be arranged for guests wishing to attend Midnight Mass at any one of our local churches. Christmas Day Start the day with an indulgent Champagne breakfast served either in the restaurant or in the comfort of your room. Brave guests may want to join in the Longueville Christmas swim in the hotel s outdoor pool. Later, join owners Malcolm and Patricia Lewis for a complimentary Champagne reception in the bar before settling down for a spectacular and traditional six course Christmas lunch. In the evening, a complimentary light buffet supper will be served in the restaurant and will feature the very best of local produce, including an array of freshly caught seafood. Boxing Day Let your hair down at our traditional house party and dance until the small hours - a fun-filled evening with another exceptional five course menu and live entertainment. 5 STAY New Year Celebrate the New Year in style by indulging in a little Longueville magic! A special 3 night break from per person, per night. The perfect way to welcome in the New Year! On Arrival Enjoy a complimentary Longueville cream tea and prepare yourself for three days and nights of indulgence. Throughout your stay, Executive Head Chef Andrew Baird will prepare a collection of menus showcasing the finest local and regional produce as well as a number of his exceptional signature dishes. New Year s Eve During the morning of New Year s Eve, join the Longueville Sommeliers for a wine and Jersey oyster tasting. The celebrations begin in the evening with a six course black tie dinner, followed by a party with plenty of music and dancing until the small hours. The New Year is celebrated with complimentary Champagne and mince pies served at midnight. New Year s Day Enjoy a leisurely morning with perhaps a late breakfast in bed. Why not take an afternoon stroll on one of Jersey s beautiful beaches? You may even want to join in the Longueville New Year s day swim in the outdoor pool. In the evening, dinner is an informal occasion with a sumptuous hot and cold buffet. For guests who wish to extend their stay by an additional night, this will be offered on a complimentary bed and full English breakfast basis.
