1 Veg on the Beach Online Contest ("Contest") Rules and Regulations The Contest is being operated and promoted by RedHat Co-operative Ltd. ( RedHat Co-op ). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN 1. Contest Period I. Grand Prize: The Contest for the Grand Prize will begin on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 12:00:00 am MST and conclude on July 31, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm MST (the Contest Period ). II. Weekly Prize: The contest for the Weekly Prizes will be as follows: a) Monday, May 11, 2015 at 12:00:00 am and conclude on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and b) Monday, May 18, 2015 at 12:00:00 am and conclude on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and c) Monday, May 25, 2015 at 12:00:00 am and conclude on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and d) Monday, June 1, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday June 7, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and e) Monday, June 8, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday June 14, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and f) Monday, June 15, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday June 21, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and g) Monday, June 22, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday June 28, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and

2 h) Monday, June 29, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday July 5, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and i) Monday, July 6, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday July 12, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm; and j) Monday, July 13, 2015 at 12:00:00am and conclude on Sunday July 19, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm All references to time in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations are Mountain Standard/Daylight Time. 2. Eligibility The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest: I. Employees of Red-Hat Co-op; II. Employees of Red-Hat Co-op affiliated or related companies, including consulting, advertising and promotional agencies; III. Employees of participating grocery stores; IV. Individuals residing or domiciled with any individuals set out in I and II above; and V. Immediate family members of the individuals set out in I, II and III above. Players who are under the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence at the date of entry are eligible to enter the Contest and win prizes provided that the parent or legal guardian of the player accepts any such prize and the terms and conditions hereof for and on behalf of such player. 3. Prizes There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize is a $4, Sunwing Vacation Gift Certificate, redeemable online or at any Travel Agency.

3 There are thirty (30) Weekly Prizes available to be won. The Weekly Prize is a $50.00 Gift Card from one of the Participating Grocery Stores, to be chosen by the winner. Winners will be contacted 5 business days after the end of the week to select their gift card. Once selected, a gift card will be mailed by Canada Post and will arrive business days after the winner is notified. Weekly Prize Wfinners are still eligible for the Grand Prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. There is no cash equivalent and prizes are not transferable or refundable. 4. How to Play The produce packages listed below will include a grower card with an alpha-numeric PIN ( contest card ) when purchased during the contest period at one of the Participating Grocery Stores, including but not limited to Sobeys, Safeway, Save-On-Foods, Co-op, Superstore and Sunterra in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. BRAND RedHat Compliments Farmers Market APPLICABLE PRODUCTS Living Butter Lettuce, Eggplant, Hamburger Pack (Beefsteak Tomatoes), Bruschetta Pack (Roma Tomatoes), Tomato Medley, Tomatoes on the Vine, Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine, Cocktail Tomatoes, Roma Tomatoes, Grape Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Mini Cucumbers, Long English Cucumbers, Mixed Hot Peppers, Green Kale, Black Kale, Rainbow Chard Mini Cucumbers, Cocktail Tomatoes, Orange Cocktail Tomatoes, Yellow Cocktail Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Mini Bell Peppers, Sweet Long Red Peppers, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes on the Vine, Long English Cucumbers To enter the contest, players must register at To register, players must provide the following information: I) full name; ii) city and province of residence; iii) telephone number (including area code); and iv) address, in accordance with the directions on the registration page.

4 Once registered, players may visit and enter the PIN found on the contest card. No contest cards may be played after the Contest Period. A limit of twenty-five (25) PIN codes per person/ address may be played per day during the Contest Period. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Standard Mobile Device Charges may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Players acknowledge that they agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations. No Purchase PIN Codes: To receive one (1) free entry into the Grand Prize Draw, register at during the Contest Period. 5. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period for each weekly draw and for the grand prize draw. 6. Random Draw The Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize will be selected by random draw. All draws will take place on the day following the closing dates stated above. The potential winner must correctly answer, unaided and within a set timeframe, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by RedHat Co-op or its agent by telephone within forty eight (48) hours after RedHat Co-op contacts a potential winner. Potential winners may be required to complete prize verification documents before being declared a winner. All prizes must be claimed by August 31, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by this date. General: RedHat Co-op shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a form satisfactory to RedHat Co-op may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to RedHat Coop for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and

5 in no way misleading. RedHat Co-op reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant should such an participant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. If documents are not returned by the date required, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Contest Rules, the potential winner's prize will be forfeited and RedHat Co-op reserves the right to not award the prize. If due to an error, there are more claims for prizes than prizes stated in these rules, RedHat Co-op reserves the right to award prizes through a random drawing of eligible prize claims for the applicable prize level. No more than the stated number of prizes shall be awarded. Should a potential winner decline a prize or be unreachable, prize will be forfeited and RedHat Co-op reserves the right to not award the prize. All entries and requests become the property of RedHat Co-op, which assumes no responsibility for lost entries or lost requests or for any failure of the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e- mail or play to be received by RedHat Co-op on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. RedHat Co-op is not responsible where a participant is unable to access the Contest on their mobile device, computer or other device. In the event of a dispute between participants as to who submitted a play, the play shall be deemed submitted by an "authorized account holder" and plays will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of play. "Authorized e- mail account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom an address is assigned by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be requested to provide RedHat Co-op with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the address associated with the potentially winning play. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, RedHat Co-op reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law,

6 including criminal prosecution. Should it be discovered that a participant is using the aid of computer software programs to auto-fill entries, the participant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The RedHat Co-op reserves the right to disqualify all participants who tamper or auto-fill or otherwise attempt to compromise the integrity of the Contest from this Contest (and all the plays/entries/prizes therein) and future Contests conducted by the RedHat Co-op without further notice. RedHat Co-op reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her plays) who tampers with the play process. RedHat Co-op reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest should fraud, a virus, "bug" or other cause beyond the reasonable control of RedHat Co-op corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest or if RedHat Co-op determines that for any reason the Contest cannot be run as originally planned or if there is any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the Contest. By accepting a prize, winners release RedHat Co-op, and their affiliated and related companies, the prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including, without limitation, their advertising and promotional agencies and the independent Contest organizations ("Releasees"), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto. Winner acknowledges that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By playing the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and the decisions of RedHat Co-op and/or the independent contest organization, which are final. By playing this Contest and/or accepting a prize (if applicable), participants agree that RedHat Co-op may use their name, town/city, province/territory/state of residence, voice, photograph and/or likeness in any publicity or advertisement carried out by RedHat Coop, without further remuneration or notice, except where prohibited by law. By playing this Contest, each participant expressly consents to RedHat

7 Co-op, SDMG Strategic Marketing, their agents and/or representatives, collecting, using, storing and disclosing the personal information submitted during registration only for the purpose of administering the Contest or as required by law, unless the participant otherwise agrees. By playing this Contest, participants consent to being contacted by RedHat Co-op for Contest-related purposes, which includes but is not limited to prize eligibility notifications, prize claim reminder notifications, and weekly contest updates.
