1 Contest Rules «Instant Take-off # AF565» Article 1: ORGANIZER Société Air France SA, Immatriculée au RCS de Bobigny n Société Anonyme au capital de Euros 45, rue de Paris Roissy CDG cedex Is holding an online contest that is free of charge and without obligation to purchase, from August 29th 3:00 p.m. to September 30th, :00 p.m. (Beirut Time). Providers of goods or services referred to herein, constitute suppliers of the contest organizer and are not involved in any capacity whatsoever in the organization of this contest. Article 2: CONTEST ENTRY The contest can be accessed over the Internet at the following URL: The rules to participate are described in Article 4. The contest is open to people residing in Lebanon, ages nineteen (19) and over, who hold valid passport and Schengen visa to enter France on October 7 th, 2016 (for the passport, a minimum validity of 3 months from date of entry is required). Directors, officers and employees of Air France KLM are not eligible to participate. Participation in the contest supposes unreserved acceptance of the present rules and all their provisions, as well as of all laws and regulations applicable to free contests. Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in these rules will result in the automatic disqualification of the entrant. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of this contest may result in the immediate elimination of the person involved. Participants agree that Air France can use their names, images and/or pictures for promotional or advertising purposes. By participating in this contest, participants agree that all personal information submitted can be collected and used. Nevertheless, these are only gathered for the purposes of the administration of the present contest and will serve at no other end without the consent of the participants.

2 Air France reserves itself the right to contact passengers to validate their participation to the contest Instant Take-off. Article 3: INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTEST The contest will be announced in the e-newsletters of Air France - Liban. It may also be announced in other ways such as (but not limited to) press release, ads on partner websites and social media networks (Facebook, etc...). The complete contest rules are available online on the website of the contest. Article 4: PARTICIPATION RULES In order to enter the contest, contestants must: 1) Go on the website 2) Complete the online form before September 30 th, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., Beirut time. 3) Have a valid passport (minimum 3 months) to enter France on October 7 th, ) Have a valid Schengen visa to enter France on October 7 th, ) Validate acceptance of terms and conditions of the contest. 6) Show up, with your traveling partner, on October 7 th 2016 in front of Air France offices in Downtown Beirut, 170, Saad Zaghloul Street Allenby. Only participants, who will be present at the check-in between 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Beirut Time) on October 7 th 2016 in front of Air France offices, 170, Saad Zaghloul Street Allenby, Downtown Beirut and that have completed the online form before September 30 th at 3:00 p.m., will be eligible to the grand prize. The winner will be announced on October 7 th 2016 at 12:30 p.m. in front of Air France offices in Downtown Beirut. During their participation, people who complete the form (before September 30 th at 3:00 p.m.) and are present in front of Air France offices, in Downtown Beirut on October 7 th will be allocated a number to enter the draw to win the Grand Prize described in Article 6. All contestants must complete the online form to validate the participation. Article 5: ENTRIES ALLOWED - One (1) participation per person is permitted. - If a participant registers using different addresses, only one (1) participation will be used. - If a participant registers using different companions, only one (1) participation will be accepted. - A companion can register to the contest and choose the person of their choice to accompany them.

3 - Any attempt at fraud on the part of a participant shall disqualify all entries submitted from that household. In general, any attempt at disruption of the normal process of the operation will result in the disqualification of the participant. Article 6: PRIZE DETAILS A. PRIZES AWARDED The following Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the contest, according to the article 7 of the present rules and regulations. 1 lot including: Two (2) Air France round-trip tickets with to Paris in Economy cabin departing from Beirut on October 7 th, 2016 with a return from Paris to Beirut on October 12 th, The return flight might be changed based on availability. Three (3) night stay in a double room at Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel, 33 Avenue George V, Paris, 75008, France. Check-In: October 7 th. Check-Out: October 10 th. Dates cannot be modified. Two (2) night stay in a double room at a hotel in Disneyland Paris with two full day access to Disney Parks. Check-In: October 10 th. Check-Out: October 12 th. Dates cannot be modified. Two (2) prepaid cards of L.L. each from Banque Libano-Française, used only at point of sales. Two (2) gift vouchers from La Vallée Village for a value of L.L. each. Transportation from the Air France offices in Downtown Beirut to BEY Beirut International Airport on October 7 th, Transportation from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport to Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel. (Total value of lot: L.L.) 2 GENERALITIES Under no circumstances may a prize be refunded or exchanged for its value in money or for any other product or service, nor can it be transferred to a third party. However, in cases of force majeure or if warranted by circumstances, Air France reserve the right at any time to substitute another prize of equivalent value (as determined by them) for the announced prizes (including modifying travel dates) No challenge or claim of any kind shall be accepted with regard to the prizes. Winners agree to waive any claim of liability against Air France, Air France s partners and Air France s suppliers in general with respect to the prizes, their delivery, condition and quality.

4 For the lot of Two (2) round-trip tickets with Air France to Paris, the winner and the companion registered to the contest must travel together during both flights, way there and way back. The travel companion must be chosen at the time of the online participation. The expenses incurred during the trip for food and activities as well as any other expenses related to travel are the responsibility of the participant and the person traveling with him/her. The expenses due to transportation of the winner or his/her companion from BEY Beirut Intl. Airport to their homes, from the Bus Direct Paris stop to/from the hotel, as well as food or any other expense related to the travel will be payable by the winner and the person traveling with him/her. Air France, Air France s partners and Air France s suppliers are not responsible for any time missed (work, school or other) by the participant and companion to be present at the event or on this trip. Any additional expenses incurred on October 7 th cannot be claimed or held Air France responsible for. Winners are expected to share pictures or videos of their trip to Paris with Air France. Such items will be free of rights and can be used by Air France for promotional or advertising purposes. ARTICLE 7: NOMINATION OF THE WINNERS The winner will be announced on October 7 th at 12:30 p.m. (Beirut Time) in front of Air France offices, 170, Saad Zaghloul Street Allenby, Downtown Beirut. The Grand Prize listed in Article 6 will be randomly awarded, thus the potential winner will be randomly selected. Article 8: ATTRIBUTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE To claim the Grand Prize, the winner, and his/her travel companion, will be required to be present and checked-in in front of Air France offices, 170, Saad Zaghloul Street Allenby, Downtown Beirut at 12:30 p.m. They will need to have all their travel items with them including valid passport, Schengen visa and cabin luggage. Check-in will be between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (Beirut Time). The draw will be held at 12:30 p.m. (Beirut Time) amongst participants that will have checked-in. It is mandatory for participants to be present during the draw to claim their prize, as only one draw will be held on October 7 th, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. (Beirut Time). Air France will announce the name of the winner on the Air France Facebook page after the trip. It may also be announced in other ways such as (but not limited to) press release, websites and social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc...)

5 SECTION 9: LIABILITY A. WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTEST Air France cannot be held liable in the event of a dysfunction of the Internet network, preventing access to the contest or its smooth running. In particular, Air France cannot be held liable for any third party acts of Internet abuse. While Air France shall do all in their power to provide users with information and/or tools that are accessible and verified, they shall not be held liable for any errors (particularly in display on the contest s website), or for the absence of availability of information and/or the presence of a virus on the website. Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data provided against possible misuse or piracy, and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the Internet. During his participation in the contest, the participant will have five (5) minutes to validate his participation. After five (5) minutes, the session will expire. Participants must take appropriate measures to protect their personal data and/or software on their computer or telephone equipment from any kind of attack. All persons connecting to the website and participating in the contest shall do so at their own risk. Furthermore, Air France shall not be responsible or liable in the event of: Internet access problems; Hardware or software problems; Deletion or loss of data provided by participants for reasons not attributable to Air France; Human errors or errors due to electrical malfunction; Disturbances that might affect the smooth running of the contest or dysfunctions in the automated draw process. Air France shall not be held liable for the consequences of any delay in for which it is not responsible. Any claims must be sent by the recipient directly to the appropriate Internet service provider (ISP). In any case, if the smooth running of the contest in administrative and/or technical terms is disrupted for any reason beyond the control of Air France, the Company reserves the right to suspend the contest. Any fraud or breach of the present rules shall result in the disqualification of the entrant; Air France reserves the right, if warranted, to initiate proceedings against the defaulting party. Air France shall not be held liable for any physical incapacity, whether legal, physical or mental,

6 preventing the winners from boarding their flight or entering a foreign country, including in the case of irregularity in their travel documents (missing or expired passport or visa, etc.). Tickets are valid for travel from October 7 th, 2016 till October 12 th, These tickets can be used for a departure from Beirut to Paris on Air France flight AF565 on October 7 th, 2016 and return on AF566 on October 12 th, Online form must have the names of the passengers as they appear on their passports. Both passengers must travel together at all times. 3. Air France reserves the right to alter flight dates by a few days, after consulting with the ticket recipient, in the event of an unforeseen situation or a lack of seats. The tickets will be issued in electronic form. 4. These tickets are for personal use and must be used simultaneously by both the winner and their traveling companion. Reselling these tickets is strictly forbidden. 5. These tickets apply solely to the scheduled itinerary; they can neither be modified nor exchanged for tickets for a different itinerary. 6. These tickets are not valid on other airlines. 7. These tickets do not allow for advance seat selection. Flying Blue miles cannot be earned on this trip. 8. Air France will not be responsible for any failure to board due to circumstances beyond its control. Passengers shall assume all financial expenses or losses, e.g. hotels, restaurants, taxis, phone calls and lost wages, incurred as a result of said failure to board and shall waive all liability claims. 9.
