SH requires use of a 7" pressure equalizing mattress reducing incidence of pressure ulcers. Bed frames must be 12" or lower. Scoping is based on need rather than a required numberof beds. Affiliate required to either purchase or rent beds meeting the accessibiity features standard. System rental contract in place with provision for supplying the designated bed frame within 2 hours of request (by incdicating ADA requirement).
