If you suspect you may have an electrical fault at home or at work call us now on and we ll get one of our approved electricians out within two hours anywhere in the London area. Property Managers, Landlords and Housing Associations special rates may apply. Day rate for an electrician (Charges are based on an 8 hours work day between 8:30 am-5pm with half an hour lunch break)

2 NICEIC Test and Inspections - Electrical Installation Condition Report (this includes properties, offices, commercial premises). All organizations operating electrical equipment in their workplace have a statutory duty to maintain safe standards for their employees and the general public enforceable under UK standard for the safety of electrical installations, BS 7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations (IEE Wiring Regulations). PAT is included in these prices We recommend to carry out electrical testing as follow: Properties/landlords: every 5 years or at the change of occupancy. Commercial/Shops: routine check 1 year, max period 5 years. Offices: routine check 1 year, max period 5 years. Restaurants/Hotels: routine check 4 months, max 1 year. 3 Planned Lamps Replacement/ Maintenance Scheme (this include properties, offices, commercial premises) In order to comply with current health and safety regulations faulty lamps should be replaced as soon as practical. We can visit your premises on an agreed regular basis and replace all faulty lamps. All lamps and starters supplied are charges at our normal trade price Any additional faults discovered and authorised by the client for repair will be charged at our national repair rates.
