23 Agile Development Pros & Cons PROS CONS Lower cost: Only needed documentation is prepared Quick internal decision loops Regular small review loops No iterations with customer when requirements are not met Performance Limit known: Challenging design goals allow pushing the limit but do end in a disaster if they are not reached Design goals allow deviation for overall optimisation Fixation of requirements after testing the performance limit In some cases longer schedule: Due to the missing external customer such developments do not always get the desired priority when resources get short 23 RUAG Space
