Estimate (16 servings): Strawberries.5 oz 8 = 0 oz Pomegranate seeds 1. oz 8 = 9.6 oz Red onions 0.3 oz 8 =.4 oz To get from servings to 15, my exact scale factor is 15, or 7.5. I will multiply all the ingredients by 7.5.
