4 Lost Creek Country Club Athletic Camps Athletics Camps Don t miss our new athletic camp programs for ages 5 and up! NEW Camps! Developmental Gymnastics June p.m. Tuesdays Thursdays Ages: 5 8 Cost: $26 per class Developmental gymnastics is great for beginners because it helps lay down a foundation of skills for the gymnasts to later build on. This class will have drills for strength, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination. Perfect for beginners, because they can advance at their own pace! The typical class will start with stretching and a warm up, followed by some instruction and drills, and then an incorporation of low balance beam, springboard, wedge mats, low bar, ladder drills, tumbling, bosu balance balls and more. Beginner Athletic Development Camp June 1 12, July 6 17, August a.m. 12 p.m. Tuesdays Thursdays Ages: 8 12 Cost: $200 per session (minimum of 3, maximum of 6) This will be a class to start introducing our younger athletes to working out with a strong emphasis on their safety! Too often, young athletes learn their form in a room full of other athletes and without proper supervision. We will teach proper lifting form on all the exercises that they will learn as they head into their teenage years. We will use little to no weight depending on the lift. We will keep the groups small and reinforce proper body mechanics so that they will be far ahead of the curve by the time they hit a weight room at school. Our goals are safety, proper weight room etiquette, form and fun! Mother/Daughter, Father/Son Training All summer long Time: Flexible based on your schedule Ages: 12 and up Cost: 20% off group training prices! Bring your daughter or son with you to work out and have both of you learn proper form and safety and how to maximize your time in the gym! Sessions will last one hour and we will base the sessions on your goals, which may or may not be similar for the parent and child. Let s face it, the guys like working out together and so do the girls! Spend some quality time with the family while making changes to last a lifetime. College Female Summer Conditioning All summer long as you are available! 12 1 p.m. Ages: Classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Cost: $45 per week or $18 per session (minimum of 3 people) Home from school and need a program to stay in shape? This is for you. We will constantly mix it up, from weights, cycling, high intensity, a little of everything. Get ready to stay in shape and have fun in a great, all-female environment. We can even incorporate your off-season program for the college athletes out there. 4 SPECIAL KIDS EDITION
