2 Butterfly Café 5 parking spaces are available out in front of the building, next to the public parking Wheelchair cubicle available in each of men s and women s washrooms. Butterfly Conservatory 5 parking spaces are available at the back of the Butterfly Conservatory. Drop area is at the back of the building. Area is level on a laid brick surface. Auto door is on the far right...at opposite side to ticket sales. Washroom entrances for both the men and women are accessible. Both have wheelchair cubicles. Ramps available within the Conservatory. Closed captioning on video is on all the time, in both rooms A & B. Candy Planet There is a cut-out at the curb. 3 Edgewaters Restaurant and Riverview Family Buffet 1 parking space available at south entrance of the building Direct entrance from street level into Riverview Family Buffet. Ramped entrance at south door. Ramped entrance to the outdoor terrace (south side). Riverview Family Buffet has both men s and women s washrooms ramped on the ground level. Edgewaters Restaurant has accessible washrooms on the 2nd Floor. All restaurants have large font menus available upon request for persons with a vision disability. Falls Parking Lot & Falls Incline Railway 13 parking spaces available 13 parking spaces available west of the Bridge of Flowers Circular drop off area at the base of ramp leading to the Bridge of Flowers Ramp leads down to Incline The Incline is accessible to those who are able to climb a few steps and have a collapsible wheelchair. Floral Clock Wheelchair ramp is available at front and back of both parking lots (around the clock). Accessible family washroom on site. Floral Showhouse 2 parking spaces are available. Cutaway curb is available in the circle parking lot. Interior ramp Accessible washroom on inside of doors is currently available for both men and women. 4 Horticulture Old Yard Building King s Bridge Park 1 parking space available There is a wheelchair drop off area. Accessible washrooms are available. King s Bridge Park Pavilion 4 parking spaces available by the pavilion Drop off area available. Laura Secord Homestead (Chapel, Visitor Centre, Museum and House) Church, Museum and Visitor Centre are all on the ground level. The Church, Visitor Centre and Museum have automatic doors Accessible washrooms are located in the Church and Visitor Centre. Historic site is accessible on ground floor only. Walkway leads down to the attraction Elevator available to go down to the boat launch area. Ramp leading to entrance of outside washrooms. See Maid of the Mist Restaurant and Retail. Maid of the Mist Retail Store (Lower Level) Wheelchair ramp is at the elevator. Elevator available to take visitors up/down to boat launch. Washrooms available outside of Quick Serve just off entrance ramp. Retail store has one (1) wheelchair on site for emergency use only for the Maid of the Mist to bring visitors up from the ramp. Maid of the Mist Quick Serve/Fast Food Four (4) tables are wheelchair accessible. Maintenance Centre 1 parking space available. Hands Free door access on the south side Accessible washroom - south access McFarland House 3 parking spaces available, with a sidewalk that leads up to the main door of the house. Parking is adjacent to the historic home. Sidewalk is level and there are no steps. There is an automatic door at the main entrance. Interior washrooms are accessible Historic site is accessible on ground floor only. The restaurant area is accessible. McFarland House Park Parking is adjacent to the historic home. Pavilion washrooms are accessible and Signed. Niagara Glen Nature Centre Parking/Drop-off Area Entrance doors/ramps Elevator/Escalator Washrooms Restaurant/Attractions 2 parking spaces available. Drop off area at front. Oakes Garden Theatre Southern entrance accessible (corner intersection) with ramp to theatre area. Oak Hall 1 parking space adjacent to the front entrance. Drop off area located at the side entrance of the building. Access to the ramp is located at the side entrance of the building. Drop off area close to the visitors centre Bottom level of the Fort accessible only Elevator for staff delivery or meeting use to basement of visitor centres Washroom is accessible (accessible showers are available for events) Restaurant and Retail areas accessible. Police Administration Building 4 parking spaces available at the entrance and 3 parking spaces at the exit. Rapidsview 15 parking spaces available in Lot B. Wheelchair ramp and drop off area available. Two accessible washrooms. School of Horticulture Building 5 parking spaces available in the front of the school building, next to the public parking spots Ramp at the south side of the building (next to accessible parking spot) One accessible washroom. 8 Sir Adam Beck Retail and Attraction 4 parking spaces are available: 2 at the back of the building and 2 across from the OPG parking lot. OPG (Ontario Power Generation) provides free parking for all visitors. Elevator on site is large and is attendant-operated during site visits and tours. 1 available washroom The tour here is entirely accessible for visitors. Table Rock Complex (Journey, Retail, Fury, Elements, Bridge of Flowers and Concourse Area) Drop off area available in the Table Rock Bus Mgmt loop. Ramp leading up to the Bridge of Flowers Escalator in the main concourse area. Elevator in the main concourse area. Concourse area: Men's, ladies and family washrooms available. Second floor: men s and women s washrooms (adjacent to the Bridge of Flowers) inside Fury retail area. Elements Restaurant men s and women s washrooms - at the front entrance with ramp access. Lower Level: at the Journey Behind the Falls there is a men's and women s washroom. Elements - is fully accessible within the restaurant. Elements now has a chair lift installed for visitors to enjoy window seating on the lower level. Horseshoe landing patio is also accessible (same level as the grand hall). Large font menus for visitors with a vision disability are now available upon request. Niagara's Fury is on one level. A printed handout of the attraction is available upon request. 9 Thompson Point Viewing Area Queenston Heights Bandshell/Park/Washrooms and Brock General Washrooms open during the season. Queenston Heights Restaurant 2 parking spaces are located near the ramp. Drop off area located in parking lot in front of restaurant. A family accessible washroom is located in front foyer with easy access to both the restaurant and the patio. Large font menus are available, upon request. Queen Victoria Park (QVP) Complex Retail Store 1 parking space available at the south entrance of the building. Available inside Riverview Family Buffet. Welcome Centre Clifton Hill Wheelchair drop off area is available. Welcome Centre Murray Hill (Queen Victoria Park) Wheelchair drop off area is available. 10 Whirlpool Aero Car 2 parking spaces available Accessible family washroom Whirlpool Golf 2 parking spaces available close to the clubhouse. Elevator entrance is at the back of the clubhouse which provides access to the pro shop and the restaurant. Buzzer is located on the door to request the elevator. Family washroom available. Women s washroom has an accessible cubicle. Upper level of clubhouse restaurant is accessible. Half-way house has ramped entrance. Large font menus available upon request. White Water Walk 1 parking space available across the street. Drop off area Elevator with guide takes you to the first observation deck. The two lower observation decks, midway and at the end of the boardwalk are not accessible (stairs). Accessible washrooms available. First observation deck is accessible.
