Our equipment, and our complete systems over the years have been used in hundreds of applications from small businesses to multinational companies of different sectors, including automotive, electronic, electromechanical, medical, pharmaceutical, packaging, etc.. DAV Tech isn t only a commercial company, because many of its products are internally designed and assembled. 3 DA 400 Needle Valves The DA 400 dispensing valves are needle valves designed for precise microdispensing of low, medium and high viscosity fluids. A various range of nozzles is available with various standard lengths, shapes and diameters. Is also possible to mount a luer lock tips, and on request we can be made special nozzles, even with more outputs. The stroke adjustment of the pneumatic cylinder may be micro-metrically, with screw and nut,or with mounted sensor holder to control the dispensing. The valve can be operated either single-acting (3 / 2) or double-acting (5 / 2 solenoid valve) due to the presence in all models of a returning spring. In the case of DA 400 EV models a solenoid valve is already mounted on board and then provides an instantaneous response to signals for opening or closing. When the customers have layout problems we can use the DA 400 mini valve which combine a very compact size with the highest performance and reliability. 4 A 500/250 DA 500 The dispensing valve DA 500 is designed for dispensing fluids with medium-high viscosity, for filling operations or in case of very high inlet pressure. The driving is single-or double-acting, and the stroke of the needle is adjustable, enabling the customer to adjust the passage of the product to be dispensed with higher precision. There are standard nozzles with various shapes, lengths and diameters (up to 5 mm internal diameter). All valve parts in contact with fluid are made of PTFE and other plastics that prevent any type of unwanted polymerization. The metering valve 250 may be equally controlled single-or double-acting, having in the pneumatic section a spring for the closing. 5 DA V300/600 Volumetric Valves DAV 300 The DAV 300 volumetric valve is designed to dispense with the highest accuracy and repeatability fluids at low, medium and high viscosity, with a maximum inlet pressure of 20 bar. The range of metering valve DAV 300 is from 0,010 cc to 0,125 cc, with the possibility to change it through the adjustment screw on the head of the valve. The valve DAV 300 is designed with divorced architecture,to separate the chamber where the fluid pass from the one with the air piston. This arrangement makes it easier for any maintenance, and avoid any possible contact between air cylinder and the fluid to be dispensed. DAV 300 DAV 600 The DAV 600 volumetric valve is designed to dispense with the highest accuracy and repeatability fluids at low, medium and high viscosity, powered with a maximum pressure of 150 bar. The range of the dispensing valve DAV 600 is from 0.1 cc to 3.0 cc, with the possibility to change it through the adjustment screw on the head of the valve. 6 AS50/90/100 Spray Valves DAS 50/90/100 The DAV Tech spray valves are designed dispense low to medium viscosity fluids accurately. The needle that opens and closes the passage is special made,to avoid the dripping or clogging of fluid. The additional air is separately controlled and adjustable depending on the product and the effect that you want to create. The stroke of the needle is adjustable to increase or decrease the passage of the product, and upon request can be integrated with a sensor that controls if the opening and the closing occurred. 7 Tanks Tanks DAV Tech tanks are used to feed under pressure low and medium viscosity fluids to the DAV Tech dispensing valves. The body of the tanks is made of stainless steel while the cap is aluminum. The tanks are pressurizzable to 5 bar, in addition to this pressure, a safety valve automatically vents the excess pressure. In the 2 liters and 5 liters of capacity model, you can request a minimum level sensor mounted on to manage alarms via PLC. 8 umps Pressure Pumps The medium and high viscosity materials such as grease, resins, silicones, liquid gaskets, etc. need to be fed with high pressure. For this reason we purpose pneumatic pump with follower plate in various compression ratio.the membrane is cut exactly on the dimension of the tin that contains the material. All the pumps are double-acting and capable of extruding up to 30 cc of material at a time, with pressures up to 200 bar; in the larger models there are pneumatic cylinders (1 or 2 choice) that will help during the change of the tin and help the pumping during the work. On all pumps can be integrated electrical or sound signals once the material has dropped below a certain level to avoid production stops. 9 DAVtech Pressure stabilizer and cartridge holder When you use double-acting pump for feed fluids such as greases, silicones etc. to microdosing valves pressure-time, it is important to maintain a constant pressure, and free of typical changes before and after the pump stroke. To solve this problem are used stabilizer of pressure in stainless steel, adjustable with a locking nut, which on one hand reduce the pressure to the desired level input to the metering valve, while the pressure remain constant during the cycle of pump. The pressure regulator can be completed mostly with the pressure gauge and is available in 3 sizes, for pressures up to and 180 Bar When using high pressure pumps is to use armored hoses, with a core of PTFE and steel strand. These tubes can withstand high pressures, prevent any undesired bending and crushing and are made with the desired length and attacks. If you need to divide the flow of product to various dispensing valves, distributors blocks are available in various outputs (up to 12) with flow control needle. When you work in automatic or semi automatic line with fluids available only in 310 cc cartridges is necessary to pressurize this cartridges to feed the fluid to the dispensing valves. For this reason we design a cartridge retainer, made in aluminium that allow to insert and pressurize (until 6 bar) the cartridge.

10 A1000 Digital dispensers The digital dispenser DA 1000 can be used both to control the dispensing valves or to dispense fluids using disposable syringes. The use of DA 1000 brings significant benefits, compared with a very low cost: More accurate and repeatable results: The right amount of product dispensed and with absolute constancy. Less product waste: thus limiting the costs of supply and disposal Increased cleaning the working area: avoiding drips, open bottles, etc. Less stress for the operator, who can work more comfortably and reducing contact with potentially harmful fluids. Dispensing of different fluids without washing the system. All these aspects lead to a higher and better productivity! The DA 1000 digital dispenser can operate in three modes: Manual: The dispensing is continuous until the foot or the finger switch are pressed. Automatic: The dispensing time is previously set with the keys on the control unit. Teach Mode: Allows you to determine the time of dispensing ideal and then to set the timer. 11 DAVtech Consumables and syringe filler DAV Tech also offers its customers the supply of disposable nozzles in high density polyethylene with luer lock thread. These needles are available in various sizes, and can be used on the metering valves or disposable syringes. The DAV Tech disposable syringes are available in sizes 10 or 30 cc and are usually completed with its push-piston When you need to fill the syringe with fluid contained in the cartridges holder or similar you can use the DAV Filler, a system mounted on an aluminum plate that allows easy transfer of the fluid in the syringe without the formation of harmful air bubbles. If the product is in containers or tins you can get the same result with specific transfer systems.

12 AVtech Custom products The variants proposed in this catalog for our dispensing systems are many, but if still not enough, you can customize existing products or even create some new ones! This kind of service allows us to differentiate from commercial company which are not able to provide assistance and cooperation in developing the ideas of the most demanding customers. Among the changes to standard products can be listed: Creation of special nozzles, even designed by customers. Creation of multi-point nozzles. Construction of standard valves with special materials (eg stainless steel for use in medical or food applications). Integration of sensors to control the valve opening. DA 1000 Customizations for special applications. Creation of handles to use manually metering valves. We are also available for special creations, such as those visible in the pictures below. Examples include a metering valve mounted on a rotating slide that allows you to dispense beads of grease or other fluids without rotate the object. Another example is the motorized valves that use the principle of progressive cavity pump and are not pneumatically operated, but driven by a stepper motor controlled by a custom control software especially created to the micro-dosing.

13 DAVtech Manual equipment Often we are asked to create small manual stations to be integrated on assembly line or on assembly benches for the dispensing of various products. While it is necessary to keep costs down, the required results are at the highest level, both as regards the accuracy and reliability. DAV Tech is able to provide turnkey manual stations, including dedicated electric boxes, and interfaced with existing PLC. For all electrical components, pneumatic and electronic components we use parts from the best companies in the sector, to ensure maximum reliability and easy search for any spare parts.

14 AVtech Turn-key automatic systems DAV Tech also offers fully automated microdispensing systems, provided turn-key, taking care of the full implementation. The Cartesian robots with 3 or 4 interpolated axes are used to integrate on board our dispensing systems, and use software with parameters specifically dedicated to dispensing. Cartesian robots, (built entirely in Italy) are available in desktop or gantry architecture, and are available with working areas 200x200x100, 320x320x150, 520x520x150. These systems, while ensuring the highest productivity levels are extremely cheap and versatile, allowing the variation of production batches in real time without any need of setup. In addition to dispensing systems, we can integrate on-board welding systems with hot iron, with ECU temperature control and automatic feeding of the coil of solder. For special applications it is possible to build cells to meet all the customer needs. Regulatory issues and security are essential.
