Oiva windows and doors meet the energy ratings required for new construction. THE OIVA SELECTION Pihla s Oiva product family consists of opening wood-aluminium windows and HDF-covered external doors. Pihla windows are made to measure. This makes it possible to get appropriate windows for different needs. Oiva external doors are manufactured in standard sizes. MEETS REQUIREMENTS Oiva products meet the statutory energyefficiency requirements. Pihla Oiva windows and external doors are clear and practical basic products, which makes Oiva a good choice for a holiday home, for example. 4 Pihla Oiva is manufactured as a single-panel model A window. Maximum size 1,590 * 1,590 mm. Window accessories include separately delivered blinds, for example. OIVA WINDOW FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE Pihla Oiva is a double-sash wood-aluminium window with a double-glazed insulating glass unit in the inner sash and flat glass in the outer sash. Oiva offers the familiar structure of Pihla windows: durable wood and aluminium sections, sturdy joints and a ventilated structure. Pihla Oiva windows have triple sealing and white surfaces. Oiva can also be delivered woodready. The inner sash of Oiva has versatile straight moulding. OIVA WINDOW ACCESSORIES Oiva window is manufactured as single-panel (model A). Ventilation window equipment is available for the window; the entire window can be opened for ventilation using one handle. Other Oiva accessories include a mosquito sash and blinds for the ventilation window, which are delivered separately with the window delivery. There are two frame depths: 130 mm and, on special order, 170 mm. 6 The Oiva door delivery does not include surface fittings. The Oiva accessories package, which includes a lock cylinder and handles, is delivered separately. OIVA EXTERNAL DOOR A PRACTICAL DOOR The Pihla Oiva external door is a light-structured insulated door. The heat insulation meets the requirements of building regulations; the U-value is 1.0 W/m 2 K. The doors have double sealing; one in the frame, one in the door leaf. The door s surface is strong HDF board, and the door leaf has a stabilising aluminium sheet. The door leaf is 60 mm thick. The door structure makes Oiva more convenient to install and adjust. MOST POPULAR MODELS The door frame depth is 115 mm. Upon special order, doors are also made with the frame depth of 170 mm. The Oiva door range contains Pihla s most common external doors. The lock body and latch are also included in the door delivery. POPULAR COLOURS The standard Oiva external door colour is white. Three of the most popular additional colours have been selected for Oiva: dark brown, dark grey and cosy red. SURFACE FITTINGS Oiva external doors are delivered without surface fittings. A handle and lock cylinder are available for the door; they are delivered with the door in a separate package. GLAZING Models 166, 169 and 171 have clear glazing. Model 192X comes with Stippolyte decorative glass, and model 198 comes with the always popular Cotswold.
