4 COMPUTER CPU CART Cart provides secure CPU mounting and portability for use on the production floor. Has rotating keyboard and monitor mounting.

Includes the following: Cleanroom compatible with built-in overhead HEPA filter system Custom 5S Tool tray that has sensors under each tool to indicate whether the tool is present during manufacturing Integrated overhead light to indicate what process workstation is in and if there are any missing parts Modular system to allow for future product or line changes

6 FLOW RACK For biomedical company. Flow rack designed using unique Bosch colored rollers that signal when material replenishment needs to occur. As material is used on the flow rack, colored rollers will signal the necessity of the material needed. Custom spacing set up between rollers for your required material.

7 LEAN ASSEMBLY LINE This is a new lean assembly line where they are assembling airplane seats for just-in-time inventory control. The assembly lines are arranged so that the parts can be received at the beginning and pieced together down the line where the finished product ends up next to the exit door and is ready to be shipped out on the truck. The entire assembly line was built out of Bosch Aluminum Extrusion.
