The findings indicate that the strategies of question aid reading picture aid reading are better for hearing handicapped students in Chinese reading of moderate degree ; Outline aid reading and mark aid reading are better for hearing handicapped students in Chinese reading of difficult degree ; when different aid reading strategies are applied the effects and interaction of these factors like grade difficulty and sex show significant. The research has significant effect on improving the reading speed guiding the school and parents to choose reading materials teaching and learning methods for hearing handicapped students.
