5 Report Location: The report location is at the Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville, which is also Rally Headquarters, Start, Finish and a Service Location for the event. Rally Headquarters: Rally Headquarters will be located at Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville and will be open Saturday, April 18 th 2015, from 0700 until the event finish. 6 Amendment to 2015 FFCC Marysville Stages VCRS/MM/CI Supp Regs Clause 14.2 Shall be replaced with the following: 14.2 The starting order for VCRS events will be determined from the current Victorian Seeding List. Note: This will only effect your road starting order. There is no change to how you will be scored in your crew grade. Booking - In Procedure: A crew member is required to report to the Event Secretary at the Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville on Friday 17 th or on Saturday 18 th at Rally HQ between the times nominated on page one of these further instructions at Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville for checking of event documentation. A competitor pack including route instructions will be issued upon completion of the document check and the presentation of the scrutiny slip at Book In. If your service crew has a mobile phone, please give the number to the Event Secretary when booking in. This will enable the organisers to contact your service crew quickly should you require assistance. Scrutiny: Competitors are reminded that there is no scrutiny at the start of the event. Official Event scrutiny will take place on Wednesday, April 15 th 2015 at Lucas Automotive, 92 Levanswell Rd, Moorabbin. Scrutiny will be conducted between 1800 and 2100 (latest book-in time 2030). Cars must be presented in a clean and tidy condition and ready to start the event (with the exception of tyres). 7 Synopsis of Event(s): (VRC) The event will start from Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville on Saturday 18 th April at 0930 with Car 1 away at (Actual start time will be posted on the official notice board) Crews will proceed to nearby forests and compete over two (2) stages covering approximately 29km competitive distance and 17km liaison distance before arriving at Gallipoli Park, Falls Road Marysville for refuel one (time will be included in liaison time, there will also be a road card swap). 9 2015 FFCC Camcrusher Introductory Trial Mapped Trial The event will start from Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville on Saturday 12 th April at 1830 with Car 1 away at (Actual start time will be posted on the official notice board) Crews will proceed to nearby forests and compete over two (2) stages covering approximately 57km competitive distance and 42km transport distance before arriving at Refuel One at Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville. The first car is due to arrive at approximately 2020 time will be included in transport time, there will also be a road card swap). After the refuel the crews will proceed back into the forest for two (2) competitive stages covering approximately 58km competitive distance and 51km transport distance arriving back at Gallipoli Park, Falls Road, Marysville for the finish. It is necessary for all service crew personnel to have their names recorded of the official entry form to be covered by CAMS Personal Accident Insurance. Late inclusions can be notified at book in. Service crews are reminded that entry to competitive stages to recover vehicles may only be done after the Event Sweep vehicle has cleared the stage, in the case of dual use stages or sections this may be after the second use. Late Running Time: Late running time for Division One will be 60 minutes (30 Minutes per Heat) and late running time for Division Two will be 90 minutes. 10 Crews are reminded that Passage Controls will be preceded by a P board and Observations will be preceded by an O board, both within 50m of the Passage or Observation location. P boards may be used on the incorrect entry to a Passage. This is being done for the safety of the official. It is the crew s responsibility to ensure that their recorded Observations are signed at the Finish Control for that section. Passages will be recorded at the Passage location and do not have to be signed by the Finish Control Official. In addition to NRC 4.10(i) Passages may also be a sticker or a stamp. Odometer Check: The survey vehicle recorded 5.01 km between the 10km post (or C508 post) and the 15km (or 80Kmh post) post on the Buxton Marysville Rd, the check starts approximately 800m from Gallipoli Park. Directions to Odometer Check, head west from Gallipoli Park towards Murchison St, Turn Right onto Murchison St, at the roundabout take the 1st exit (turn left) onto the Buxton- Marysville Rd (C508) towards Buxton, the Odometer check starts in approximately 200m, after completion of the check make a U-turn 120m further on to return to Marysville. General Information: Window Numbers VRC Competitors Please note that window numbers will be supplied by the Event Organisers and that sufficient room on the vehicle's rear side windows must be provided for this number. Door Numbers All Events except VRC Please note that door numbers will be supplied by the Event Organisers and that sufficient room on the vehicle's door must be provided for this number. Navigational Requirements Competitors in the 2015 FFCC Marysville Stages Marathon, 2015 FFCC Marysville Stages (VCRS) and the 2015 FFCC Camcrusher Introductory Trial are advised that they will require a rally roamer, highlighters, pens and pencils. Spectator Guides Spectator guides will be available from and Rally HQ on the day of the event. Fuel Supplies There is a debit/credit card fuel supply in Marysville (no 98 Octane). 98 Octane fuel is available from the Shell Buxton Roadhouse, however this will only be open until 5:00pm on the day of the event.
