From scratch the design of the StealthCraft is based on the out of the box thinking. The strong, angular shapes are completely focused on realizing balance and stability between reductions of sight, sound, heat and fuel consumption. The marine grade Aluminum both for the interior and exterior of the interceptors are obviously furnished in a very functional way. This creates an almost Spartan experience. The StealthCrafts are concession-less powerboats strictly purpose built for the most demanding interception The StealthCrafts Design offers maximum ballistic crew protection due to its high freeboard and optional ballistic panel system. Also the ridged freeboard is suitable in rough circumstances where the normal RIHB boats easily puncture. Optional the StealthCrafts can be PU-foam filled, making them almost unsinkable. The Stealth technology descended from the American NASA space programs and has only applications for military purposes so far. With the StealthCrafts, who in terms of the design strongly resembles the famous angular Stealth Aircrafts, an extremely light yet strong speedboat is born that is practically maintenance free. Not only the top speed the StealthCraft delivers remarkable performances but also the handling even in extreme conditions is outstanding. And Welded Aluminium is less expensive compared to Carbon fibre composites. Also Aluminium is easily to customize to customer requirements because there is no need for expensive moulds for production. Changes in design, modification in the location of bulkheads, weapon supports, etc. Therefore the Aluminium StealthCrafts are easily customized to the specific tasks and demand of each individual customer. General characteristics of aluminium Aluminium is a excellent building material for boats in the 6 to 20 meter range. Aluminium is used in most military and crew workboats in the USA and Europe, with an excellent resistance to salt water corrosion.

3 The StealthCrafts are built utilizing the newest high-tech welding equipment for inert gas (MIG) welding process, CNC guided highprecision plasma cutting equipment and therefore excellent hull quality and a reduced building time are guaranteed. This building process has a higher strength to weight ratio than most other boat building materials. Aluminium has exceptional dent resistance and aluminium boats typically weighs 30 to 40% less than their fibreglass counterparts. Aluminium boats are much easier to repair than fibreglass boats, particularly dents can often be pounded out with a hammer, but if necessary, sections of a plate can be cut out with a saw and simply replaced. The 13kw at 1600prm electric brushless engine from ScanDiesel Italy, is the perfect integrated solution for electric whisper mode patrolling. The noise and infrared image is reduced to the maximum while using the StealthCrafts in this E-mode. The digital instrument display tells you exactly about the range and battery status. The electric engine also can be used as a 7Kw constant power generator set to quick charge batteries or to deliver power to other equipment.
