1 Diaphragm Valve, Plasti Constrution The /630 pneumatially operated 2/2-way valves have a low maintenane piston atuator whih an be ontrolled by inert gaseous media. The valves have a stroke limiter (diaphragm size MG - 50) and an integral optial position indiator as standard. Normally Closed, Normally Open and Double Ating ontrol funtions are available.
