5 rental policy FLASHLIGHT IS A FULL SERVICE PHOTOGRAPHY LIGHTING AND GRIP RENTAL COMPANY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN. WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY AND PICK UP TO AND FROM YOUR STUDIO OR LOCATION. HOURS COLLATERAL DEPOSITS CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS cont. Rental service is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day of the year. RATES We charge for all time out (including weekends and holidays), not for the time used. Our rate for rental is based on a 24 hour period. Our weekly rate (seven consecutive days) is billed at 4 times the daily rate. The minimum rental charge is $100 per day. Our professionally trained staff can recommend which lighting equipment will fit your project the best. (A) Credit card deposit for the full replacement value of equipment. (B) Cash deposit for the full replacement value of equipment or Certificate of Insurance. (C) A credit card is required to cover any deductible and to guarantee payment. INSURANCE We require insurance on all orders valued over $1000. verification and approval by the management before the equipment is released. (E) A credit card is REQUIRED to cover any insurance deductible as well as to guarantee rental payment. The renter is expected to know the operations and limitations of the items they rent. If there is an equipment problem or failure that we are not able to duplicate, all rental charges apply. Failure to understand the proper operation of equipment will not be accepted as reason for non-payment of rental charges. ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. Checks are not accepted for collateral deposits. RESERVATIONS Please contact us in advance to reserve equipment for future delivery. We cannot guarantee availability on short notice. Failure to cancel your order may result in a full day rental charge. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (A) Flashlight LLC must be named the Loss Payee (Flashlight LLC, 1400 Van Buren Street NE, Suite 160. Minneapolis, MN 55413) (B) Coverage must explicitly include miscellaneous equipment, rented equipment, or rented and leased equipment. (C) Policies with unattached vehicle disclaimers will NOT be accepted. (D) All certificates and attached forms are subject to All sales on expendables are final. No returns.
