We create three-dimensional designs for your products and systems using the latest CAD workstations. That is why we pay special attention to our state-of-the-art machinery, which passes every test.

In addition, we carry out production and measurements in an air-conditioned environment, and we have two closed measuring rooms.

4 Manufacture - Gauge & Testing Technology Constructing gauges of all sizes Again in this production area, we offer the highest level of quality and service. In collaboration with our customers, we plan and develop individual solutions for the efficient and economical implementation of state-of-the-art industrial technology in their companies. Our gauges Our gauges are made to be accurate to around a hundredth of a millimeter, and this tolerance serves as a reference for the products which they will be used to construct. We make gauges for both individual components and preassembled modules or assemblies, and also combinations of measuring gauges and cubing gauges. Of course, we can also take simple 3D measurements. Manufacture - Model Technology Quality is paramount For us, model building means being faithful to the form right from the beginning. This is made possible by CAD/CAM technology: our machine tools have a production accuracy of < 0.05 mm. Anything is possible Whether we are working with metallic or non-metallic molded parts for the interior lining or bodywork of a passenger car or complete design model, either in reduced scale or actual size when it comes to building models, we process data with precision and speed.

5 Our CAD and CAM networking ensures a rapid flow of information without any data loss. Manufacture - Deep Hole Drilling Deep hole drilling allows drilling operations which are extremly exacter concerning with conventional drilling processes. As the word deep hole drilling says these tolerances are attainable even in extreme diameter drilling depths proportions. The special deep hole drilling operations have the following advantages compard with the conventional drilling processes: Drilling of extreme length proportions ( if conventional drilling is no longer possible ) Drilling on the limits of the conventional hole drilling operations with extremely improved economic efficiency. Drilling within the conventional drilling operations with enormously better tolerance values. Our deep hole drilling machine SAMAG TF makes the production of heating and cooling drillings in RTM-, SMC-, GMT- and injection moulding tools possible up to max. 2300mm depth (from each side) and ø from 5-65mm. With a table load up to max. 40 tons there can be even enormous tool dimensions machined. Manufacture - Prototypes & Series We can do both Individualization is the driving force behind current market trends. 7 Manufacture - Jig-Making A good team pulls together! In our generously sized jig department, our trained and tested welding team assembles both our own and others designs precisely and reliably, and forms them to their corresponding permanent structure. But we are not satisfied with the prototype alone! Our experienced team also makes the welding gauges, welding stations, and jigs, right through to the completed assembly lines that are needed for series production likewise produced with high precision and constant fitting accuracy. Because quality is important to us! Finally, as part of our quality assurance, the precision and dimensional accuracy of all manufactured products are tested once again, measured, and clearly documented. An attractive appearance will inspire confidence in your product! Before our welded constructions leave the factory, they are professionally primed and painted in our industrial painting plant to provide protection from rust. Tool making from A to Z, from 3D datasets through to the component: drawing simulation production mold design running-in design small- and preseries components NC-programming Manufacture - Laser Cutting We process even small batch sizes like serial parts Laser cutting is one of the most modern methods for processing materials. Cutting materials by laser ensures material boasts edges of the highest quality, requires no extra finishing, and is ready to install immediately all major benefits. Not only that, laser cutting requires no special tools, giving it a whole host of advantages over other techniques such as stamping. Even small batch sizes can be processed as if they were series parts. So laser cutting makes financial sense, too. Amongst others we use a 5-axis Trumpf Lasercell 1005 a hightech, German-built laser cutting machine which delivers a worldclass performance. Its incredibly powerful 3 kw laser cuts sheet materials accurately, rapidly and almost effortlessly: Steel sheets up to 12 mm thick Stainless steel sheets up to 6 mm thick Aluminium sheets up to 6 mm for plate sizes up to 3 x 1,5 m
