4 Watch Product Videos (1-2 YouTube Videos) To edit pages, use the drop down list in the header of the site. To upload images, use the File Uploads button in the header of the site.
5 File Uploads You will upload all files here. Click the section/size where you will use your image. (This will fill the appropriate drop down lists throughout the editor, for you to choose from.) Click on the page name where you want to upload your images from the list at the top of the page. There are certain pages and sections where you will not be able to upload your own images. However, if you choose to use any of these images in any of the Content (html) areas throughout the editor, the path is provided for you. To allow for the site to be responsive, there are certain images that may require more than one size to be uploaded. The Home page will be used as an example: Page, where you want to Upload images The section you are uploading an image for. Use this to upload your image. Image name, with image preview. Image Path (without filename) Image Dimensions (width x height) The Homepage consists of the Swiper (Hero images) and Tiles (3 boxes at bottom). Hero image: You will need 3 different sizes (Large, Medium, Small). The sizes are indicated at the top of each section. Note: - For the Large hero image (1920px X 500px), make sure the main content is within the center 1000px of the image. Tiles: You will need 2 & 3 different sizes. Left/Right Tiles: You will need 3 different sizes (Large, Medium, Small). NOTE:
6 - For the left large Tile (790px X 200px), make sure the main content of the image is in the right 330px of the image. - For the right large Tile (790px X 200px), make sure the main content of the image is in the left 330px of the image Middle Tile: You will only need 2 sizes (Medium, Small) because the medium image is used twice)
7 Homepage Swiper Editor The sort number Future Launch Date of image Click Image to Edit it s Details Add New: add a new image to the Swiper. Editing Details: Large, Medium, Small: The drop down lists will have the lists of images you have uploaded to each sections. Please select the corresponding image for each size. URL: If a relative path does not exist, add the full html. (example: Tooltip: The text that appears when the mouse is placed over the image. Start Date: The date that you want this News Article/Promotion to appear on the site. End Date: The date that you want this News Article/Promotion to STOP appearing on the site. Open URL: In SAME window/in New Window specifies whether or not to open the url in a new browser window.
8 Change Order: Change the order the images appear in swiper. Click and drag the image into the desired position. (Top image is the First image in Swiper) Future images [indicated by date] show up so you can choose what position it should be in when it goes live.
9 Homepage Tiles Editor This include three images with the possibility of adding a URL if the image is clicked on. Large Medium Small Left: 790px x 200px 330px x 200px 500px x 125px Middle: px x 200px 500px x 125px (The Medium image is used for the Large Image) Right: 790px x 200px 330px x 200px 500px x 125px This will clear the top so that you can add the information for a new tile. Details of the selected tile (below) or new tile to be added. Selects the tile to show the details above. This is the start date of the tile. If it is red, it is currently live on the site. If it is Bold, then it s the selected tile, whose details are show above. The list of past, current and future tiles. *Use the tabs on the top to switch between the Left Tiles, Middle Tiles, and Right Tiles. Tile: Used to identify the image. Start Date: The date that you want this image to appear on the site. URL: If a relative path does not exist, add the full html. (example: Tooltip: The text that appears when the mouse is placed over the image. Open In New Window: In SAME window/in New Window specifies whether or not to open the url in a new browser window. Large, Medium, Small: The drop down lists will have the lists of images you have uploaded to each sections. Please select the corresponding image for each size.
10 Promotions/News Editor Title of News article or Promotion. Switch between Promotions Editor And News Editor Content of News article or Promotion. Title: The name of the of the Promotion or News Heading Description: The content of the Promotion or News Heading Start Date: The date that you want this News Article/Promotion to appear on the site. End Date: The date that you want this News Article/Promotion to STOP appearing on the site. Related Products: Choose the product(s) if any, that are related to this item. <..SeeMore> This will add and hide any content after it. And when it is clicked, it will expand the section and show the rest of the content (Note: This function will not work in the Editor) Artist Editor This drop down has a list of artists that have Already been created. If the artist name has a - - in front of it, like Hunter Hayes, that means you have NOT created content for that artist. If the artist s name does not have anything in front of the name, like Brian May, then you have created content for that artist.
11 USE AN EXISTING ARTIST To add content to an existing artist, select it from the drop down. [--Hunter Hayes] Create Your Own Content Add your own images, start/end date and content for this artist Use the ALL of the content that another country has already created. Any changes they make to this artist will show up on your site. This example shows that there is a USA/English version of this artist Name: Name of the Artist (Can Not edit if it artist has already been created) URL: The URL of the artist (Can Not edit if it artist has already been created) Start Date: The date that you want this image to appear on the site. End Date: The date that you want this image to be removed from the site. Thumbnail, HeroMedium, HeroLarge: The drop down lists will have the lists of images you have uploaded to each sections. Please select the corresponding image for each size. To use content that someone else has created: When you select a country from the drop down box, the content for that artist will appear below. NONE of this content can be changed. When you Save this option, you are agreeing to use ALL of the content that this country has supplied.
12 Add New Artist This is for when the artist has not yet been created by anyone else. The list of products to choose from. The products the artist is associated with. NAME: Name of the Artist URL Alias: The URL of the artist (No spaces in url) Related Products: Choose the product(s) if any, that the artist plays. (The * means that the product is no longer active. The [ ] means that it is a product that has not gone live yet.) Products You will be able to translate the text for each of the products. Overview: The main text about the product Specs: The specifiations of the Product Watch: The youtube videos that you would like to show (1 or 2 videos) Gallery: You will be able to add a Tooltip (the text when the mouse is over the image) to describe the product. Categories: The category page consists of a category overview and a brief summary of each product in that category. You will be able to translate the content of each.
13 Footer: Here you can choose to show or hide the social media icon in the footer. You can also add the URL for each image. HTML Pages You will be able to choose from the pages available, to add your own content. Source: Us this button to switch between the interface and the HTML coding.
14 Menu: Product Categories: You will be able to translate and reorder these items. Menu Items: You will be able to add and Remove your own items. Each Item will need a corresponding icon. Product Categories: Click on one of the product categories to change the translation and/or order they appear. Click and drag any of the sub categories to change order.
15 Menu Items: Add up to 4 Menu Items of your own. They can be singular or have multiple sub items (each sub item has an icon and URL). Click and drag any of the sub categories to change order. Change the order of the Main Menu Items. Click & Drag: Change the order of Sub Items. Change order of Main Menu Items: -The Product Categories will always be before the Other Menu Items, but can be in any order. -Other Menu Items will always be second, but they can be in any order you want.
