3 How do I change the logo? The company logo on your website is pulled in from your KIGO account > Setup> Solution Setup> LOGO Can I make the logo larger or smaller? Yes! You can determine the size of your logo from the Appearance> Theme Options > General > Logo Size How do I add change or remove the Kigo copyright in the footer? It is not possible to remove the Kigo copyright from the footer. Can I add a favicon? Yes! You can add a favicon to your website from Appearance> Theme Options> General > Favicon. Your favicon image should be a square sized between 16px and 120px per side. 3 Back to top

4 Navigation Menu. How do I change my navigation menu? You can change your navigation menu from Appearance> Menus. Simply select the box next to the page on the left hand side and then click Add to menu. If you do not see the page listed, you can select the View All tab to show all pages. Make sure to add the page before you can add it to the menu. After you have added the pages to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu by using your mouse to move the pages. 5 How do I re direct a menu item to an outside website? You can link a navigation menu item to an outside website from Appearance> Menus> Custom Links. Enter the url and Link Text (Title of navigation menu item). After you have added the page to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu order by using your mouse to move the pages. 6 How do I make a navigation menu item non clickable? You can make a navigation menu item non clickable from Appearance> Menus> Custom Links. Replace the with # and enter Link Text (Title of navigation menu item). This is most commonly used when the navigation item has a sub navigation menu below. After you have added the page to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu order by using your mouse to move the pages. Make sure to click Save Menu after all changes. Can the page name in the navigation menu be different than the name of the page? Yes. You can change the name of the page in the navigation menu from Appearance> Menus> Menu Structure. Edit the Navigation Label to what you would like to display in the navigation menu. The Original page name will be noted below. Make sure to click Save Menu after all changes. 7 You can change the colors used on your website menu from Appearance> Theme Options > General > Menu Style. In the dropdown menu, select Custom then choose your active and hover colors for the background menu and text. 9 Colors. How do I find out the Hex Color Code of my company colors? A great tool to use to find out your Hex Color Code used in your company logo is: color codes.info/colors from image/ To upload your logo, click browse, then Show image. Click on the area of the image you would like to determine the color code, then the Hex code will display. 9 Back to top

10 I customized my colors, but the footer color did not change. How do I fix this? Unfortunately, the background color for the footer can only be modified by CSS changes. If you would like to have a more customized style, please contact your Account Manager to inquire about Enhanced or Custom Website options. Can different sections of a page have different background colors? Unfortunately, the background color selected will be consistent across the site. 13 Featured Listings How do I change the number of properties appear on my home page? You can edit the featured properties displayed on your home page from Appearance > Widgets > Featured Property (Home)> Insta Featured Properties. Enter the title of the section and number of properties you chose to display. Can determine which order the listings are displayed? If you do not wish to display any featured listings on your home page, you can remove the widget from Appearance > Widgets> Featured Property (Home)> Insta Featured Properties > Delete. Can I put the featured listings on another page of my website? The Featured Listings is meant to only be displayed on the home page of your website. 16 Can I add other social media outlets not listed? Unfortunately, you are only able to display the social media icons listed. Can I add more than one address or phone number? While you are unable to add more than one address or phone number to the header and footer of your site, you can add more than one address to the Contact page. Can I add page links to the footer? While you cannot add page links to the footer of your site, you can use the Resources widgets on the home page to direct users to other pages. The top navigation menu of the site is static and will allow users to easily navigate their way around your website. Content and Pages How do I add a new page? 17 How do I add images to pages? You can add an image to the content area of a page by clicking the Add Media button from Pages> Edit. Can I add an IFRAME to my site? Yes. You can embed an IFRAME on your page by copying the embed code from YouTube and pasting it to the Text area of the page. 21 Can I edit the contact form? Unfortunately, the contact form cannot be edited. How do I change the headline text? You can change the headline text from Pages> All Pages> Click Edit under the Contact page. Replace the Drop Us a Line text to the new headline. Can I make additional fields on the contact form required? Only the first name, last name and fields on the form are required. Additional fields cannot be made required at this time. Can I have a contact form on pages other than the Contact page? At this time, you are unable to add the contact form to pages of your site other than the Contact page. Listing Pages Can I change the default to a list view instead of a map view? Unfortunately, you cannot change the default view to a list view. 23 Can I add a page that auto sorts the published listing by certain criteria? You are only able to have one page with all the published rentals/ properties. The only way to sort by a certain criteria is using the Property Finders that will group the properties matching certain criterias. How do I change the displayed image of the property? If you would like to change the image displayed on your website for a property, you can do so from the APP > Properties tab in your KIGO account. Make sure the image you would like to display is the first image listed. The header image is pixelated on the property detail page. How do I fix that? If the header image on the property detail page is pixelated that means the first image is too small. Make sure that you have a high resolution image that is at least 1440 px x 450 px. Can I add content to the top of the Listing page? The Listing page are meant to only display the properties listed. You can use other pages for content while these pages will be designed to display published listings. Can I have properties from multiple KIGO accounts display on the same website? Properties displaying on your website can only feed in from one KIGO account. Each KIGO account will need to have its own website. Go Live and Domain Name How do I take my site live? You need to buy a domain name in a Registrar Company and ask a webmaster to point the A record to the KIGO IP and create the CNAME to the proper one you will find in KIGO Plugin > Take me Live Once you have done this, please send a mail a support and we will procede changing the domain name in our Kigo Settings Can I have a sub domain?
