2 BETTER FIT. BETTER GAME. The Titleist FittingWorks Tour Van combines a comprehensive, high level fitting with on-site club building to provide your customers with a tour level fitting experience. Our expert fitter is equipped with a launch monitor and an extensive range of fitting clubs to help golfers optimize their driving performance, make their iron play more precise, improve their wedge play and optimize their overall set composition.

5 FITTINGWORKS TOUR VAN INFORMATION BOOK ONE HOUR SESSIONS Please book your fittings using the form provided. Each type of fitting typically takes just under one hour and the fitter will use any remaining time to fit your golfer for additional clubs. If the golfer wants a full-line fitting, please book two consecutive hours. FITTINGWORKS TOUR VAN FEES Fitting Fees of $900 for the day are invoiced to the host account. Most accounts bill their golfers for these fees. All clubs purchased and built on-site are billed to the host account. All custom component and personalization up-charges apply. The FittingWorks Tour Van offers a limited number of repair services billed at our standard prices. 6 HOST RESPONSIBILITIES SCHEDULE BETTER & SERIOUS GOLFERS Schedule golfers who value the high performance Titleist product line and understand the benefits of a comprehensive, launch monitor based fitting. Our target golfer is avid (plays 25 times or more per year), premium biased and serious - meaning they practice, take lessons, and work hard to improve their game. BE INVOLVED You and your staff are an integral part of the event. Spend time with the Titleist fitter and club technician to learn about the process, spend time with your golfers during their fitting session to discuss their specs and swing with the fitter and assist with the set-up and tear down where possible. PROVIDE PRACTICE BALLS Please provide practice balls near the fitting area so your golfer can warm-up before their fitting appointment. Golfers should not play a full round of golf before their fitting, as they will be too tired to participate in a productive fitting session.

8 WEST COAST TEAM ERIK BROWN TITLEIST CLUB FITTER Erik Brown is a PGA Member and joined Titleist in He has been actively involved with club fitting and fitting training over 15 years. Erik grew up in Northern California and returns to help golfers perform better with properly fit equipment. GLENN MAHLER TITLEIST CLUB FITTER Glenn Mahler is an extremely talented fitter and PGA Member who has been with the FittingWorks Tour Van program since its inception in His extensive knowledge and experience have helped many serious golfers play better and shoot lower scores. MID-WEST TEAM PETER BEZUK CERTIFIED CLUB TECHNICIAN Peter Bezuk has worked on the FittingWorks Tour Van since joining the company two years ago. He is a graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy and is a highly skilled club builder who takes great pride in helping golfers play better with precision-crafted clubs. ACUSHNET COMPANY 2819 Loker Ave E Carlsbad, CA BRAD CLOKE CERTIFIED CLUB TECHNICIAN Brad Cloke held previous positions as a Customer Service Rep and local fitting consultant to Titleist in Chicago while gaining his PGA of America membership.
