Judging for both shows will begin at 8:30 a.m. Due to lack of space all vendors must have prior permission from the show superintendent to sell their products. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Our goal is for everyone to have a fun and enjoyable day. Meat Pens & single fryers will receive $5, $3 and $2 but must have 5 shown in the class to receive the award. Be sure you have your remark cards made out correctly (ie. Ear numbers, Breed, Variety, and Sex must be included. Absolutely no changes will be allowed at the judging table. Only one entry sheet is required for both shows. You need to indicate if you are showing in both shows. All youth entries need to be marked youth!!! If you are showing in only one show you need to indicate which one (Show A or Show B). 4 SHOW RULES 1. This show will be run by the latest ARBA rules and filing an entry indicates acceptance of the same. 2. This Association reserves the right to right to substitute judges and to secure the services of additional judges if required. 3. No rabbit will be accepted unless it is PERMANENTLY EARMARKED. Rabbits MUST be in leak proof carriers. 4. Youth exhibitors may enter sanctioned youth shows between the ages of 5 to 18 years. An adult cannot show in youth classes at any time. Youth exhibitors must be able to handle their own animals. 5. Day of Show Entry fees: $6.00 both shows, $4.00 one show. Fur $ All specials will be guaranteed by the Central Eastern MO. Rabbit Breeders. 7. Specials will be awarded only to breeds with fifteen (15) or more entries. There must be at least fifteen (15) in the breed to be sanctioned in There must be 5 in meat pen and single fryer classes to receive awards. 8. The Central Eastern Club reserves the right to reject any entry from anyone. STOPPED PAYMENT OR INSUFFICIENT FUND CHECKS WILL CONSTITUTE AN UNWELCOME ENTRY FOR ANY FUTURE SHOWS UNTIL RESTITUTION IS MADE. A $20.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY RETURNED CHECK. 9. The Central Eastern club will not be responsible for loss by fire, theft, accidents, or providential destruction. Every precaution will be taken to prevent the same. 10. It is the parent s responsibility to ensure their children behave in an appropriate manner in the showroom area.
