3 HALF BOARD PLUS DINE AROUND CARD Upon check-in you will receive your dine-around card that entitles you to take full advantage of our food and beverage outlets. Kindly note that you must present your dine-around card at the restaurant of your choice; otherwise the staff will not be authorized to serve you. YOUR FOOD OUTLETS: THE RIGHT BITE AND PLACE Alexander the Great Beach Hotel offers four food outlets in different settings, whereas each one has its own distinctive ambience, theme or cuisine. Find out what makes each outlet special, so you will always choose the one, which perfectly matches your mood and appetite! UPGRADE YOUR TERMS OF STAY TO THE FULL BOARD PLUS PACKAGE Supersize your package to the Full Board PLUS, and indulge yourself with three full meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR HALF AND FULL BOARD PLUS PACKAGE The Alexander the Great Half Board and Full Board PLUS packages will enhance your holiday experience by offering you the delicious pleasure of our dine-around food and beverage outlets. What s included? Lavish breakfast, and the choice of lunch or dinner Choice of 4 restaurants for your dinner, including 3 theme restaurants. A glass of premium wine or a glass of premium local beer or a glass of soft drink or juice and a bottle of 1ltr mineral water for two. To avoid any misunderstandings and in order to make the most of your package, please read carefully the information found in our Half and Full Board PLUS policies section. Roxane Restaurant Visit our main indoor restaurant for your exclusive dinner. The extensive buffet features on-the-spot show cooking, salads, appetizers and pastas, as well as the divine sweets corner. Our chefs offer you a rotating variety of themed buffets to ensure that you try something different every night! Dinner: 19:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs. Cuisine: Different theme night every evening including kids buffet. Who & When: For everyone, every day. Reservations: Not required. Service: Buffet & live cooking, waiter service only for the drinks. Dress Code: Smart casual at dinner time, long trousers for men required. Large group? Our Restaurant Manager would be happy to reserve a suitable table for the entire duration of your stay. Note: During winter season, Table d hôte menu may take place instead of buffet service. 4 Limanaki Tavern The cosy outdoor restaurant is a traditional Tavern overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is the ideal setting for a traditional Meze including meat platters and authentic traditional sweets, all made from premium local ingredients. A healthy appetite is all you need! Notes: Opening days and hours are subject to weather conditions. During winter period, Cyprus and Greek theme night is organized in the Roxanne s restaurant. Located in a charming outdoor area overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea, Kiku serves the best of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Prepared live and on the spot, each meal becomes a memorable dining experience under the stars. Open daily: 19:00 hrs - 22:00hrs. 5 Our exclusive Italian restaurant is a dining outlet specializing in authentic and modern Italian cuisine, which will definitely guarantee an exquisite dining experience. Nested next to Roxanne s restaurant the atmosphere is wonderfully candlelit, while soft music plays in the background, allowing you to set aside all your worries and problems and enjoy a relaxing dinner. Garibaldi Ristorante Italiano focuses on a rich 4 course set menu of superior culinary creations, thus promising you refined gastronomy at its best. Open for dinner daily: 19:00hrs-22:00hrs (closed on Sundays). Cuisine: Italian. Who & When: Adults only. Once a week. Reservations: Required. Our Café Royal restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch serving a rich Anglo-Saxon buffet breakfast with live cooking and lavish lunch buffet for all of our guests. Venue The brand new Havana Entertainment Venue is now open and offers, evening entertainment most days of the week in an ambience of fun and excitement. From kids disco parties and games to spectacular adult-oriented musical cabaret shows, every evening at the Havana Venue is a great night out! Open several times a week, 20:30 hrs - 23:00 hrs. Menu: Full bar with cocktails, beers, wines, champagne & sparkling wines, cognacs & brandies, liqueurs, digestives & aperitifs, soft drinks and a selection of coffees. Alexander s bar Suitable for daytime relaxation, live sports watching or evening entertainment, in our modern cocktail and wine bar you can enjoy an unlimited choice of drinks served in an environment of sophisticated elegance. The bar features an endless repertoire of live music some times of the week, so you can dance the night away. Open daily, 10:00 hrs - 12:30 hrs. Menu: Full bar menu with cocktails, beers, wines, champagne & sparkling wines, cognacs & brandies, liqueurs, digestives & aperitifs, soft drinks and a selection of coffees. Wine Menu: Selection of 25 types of exclusive wines. Who & When: For everyone, anytime. Dress Code: Smart casual at all times. The Little Monsters Kid s Club is supervised by a dedicated and fully trained team. All the activities in the club focus on fun, discovery and adventure and are designed for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years. Children will be safe, happy and entertained, while parents relax by the swimming pool. During your stay at the Alexander the Great Beach Hotel, your children will have the chance to participate in any of our daily activities, or to play freely with the numerous toys or enjoy games and activities throughout the day and evening. 7 TIME FOR A SNACK During the day, guests have the option either to enjoy a quick snack at the hotel s pool bar or to experience a delicious meal from our all day menu or at the Café Royal. All items ordered from the snacks menu or from the a la carte menu will be charged according to the prices listed as those are not included in the Half Board PLUS package. INFINITY POOL BAR SNACKS The most popular snacks and salads are yours to enjoy throughout the day at the Infinity Pool Bar and Restaurant. Open daily, 10:00 hrs hrs. Menu: À la carte restaurant with a selection of snacks i.e. burgers, sandwiches, salads and ice cream. All items ordered from the a la carte menu will be charged according to the prices listed as this is not included in the Half and Full Board PLUS package. Who & When: For everyone, every day. Reservations: Not Required. Dress Code: Casual. OUR ALL DAY MENU Our rich All Day menu is available at the Café Royal restaurant, including lavish a huge variety of à la carte meals. Open daily, 12:00 hrs hrs. Menu: À la carte restaurant with a selection of snacks i.e. burgers, sandwiches, salads and ice cream. All items ordered for the a la carte menu will be charged according to the prices listed. as this is not included in the Half Board PLUS package. Who & When: For everyone, every day. Reservations: Not required LOBBY MENU Lobby menu includes delicious light meals,ice-creams and sundaes and other attractive desserts. Our menu is available at the lobby of the hotel. 09:00hrs - 22:30hrs Menu: All items ordered from the lobby menu will be charged according to the prices listed,as this is not included in the HB Plus package. Reservations: Not required 12 OUR HB AND FB PLUS POLICIES To ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of your Half and Full Board PLUS arrangements and to avoid any misunderstandings, please note the following points: Kindly note that you must present your dine-around card at the restaurant of your choice; without the card, our staff will not be able to offer you the services you are entitled to. Non-Residents: Offering food and drinks to non-resident guests using your package is strictly prohibited. Kindly abide by this rule, otherwise the hotel will be obliged to deny you the service you are entitled to and will ask the non-residents to leave the hotel premises immediately. Non-residents are welcome to use the hotels services according to the relevant price menu listed at on each department outlet. Please contact our reception desk for more information. Restaurants: Hotel guests on Half or Full Board Plus basis may choose and book their dinner in the following restaurants, without any extra charge: Roxane s Restaurant Garibaldi fine dining restaurant (Adults only) Limanaki Tavern Kiku Japanese Restaurant Guests on Half Board PLUS may any day choose to have lunch instead of dinner at the Café Royal Restaurant. Note: Having lunch at the Pool Bar is not included in our Half Board PLUS policy, Beverage package: During meals in each restaurant, Half and Full Board Plus guests are entitled to the following drinks: One ltr bottle of mineral water for two persons A glass of local premium wine (white, rosé, red) or A glass of local premium beer or A glass of soft drink or juice For any other choice of drinks listed below, a relevant charge will apply according to the hotel price list. All drinks served in our bars are not included in our Half and Full Board Plus package. WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE HALF AND FULL BOARD PLUS PACKAGE? Snacks menu served at the Pool Bar. All Day a la carte menu at the Café Royal. All drinks served in the hotel bars. All items ordered from the menus specified above will be charged according to the prices listed. 13

8 Other important information: For your personal safety, no glasses are allowed around the pool, in the garden areas and in the guest rooms. Please use only the plastic glasses available at the pool bar. Our staff is strictly instructed not to serve alcohol to guests under certain conditions, which are specified below: If a guest is seen abusing alcohol. If children under 18 years of age are seen drinking alcoholic beverages. * Please note that the Hotel Management is obliged to abide by Cyprus regulations according to which the Management reserves the right to refuse the provision of services to intoxicated guests. Restaurant reservations: Table reservations are required for our Limanaki, Kiku and Garibaldi restaurants. You can make your reservations at the Info Kiosk or contact the Guest Relations officer. Adults only restaurants: Garibaldi fine dining is an Adults Only restaurant. The reason is to guarantee a quiet lovely dinner. The Hotel Management reserves the right to accept adults and children over 12 years old. Food Consumption: All meals and snacks must be consumed only in the designated food outlets. Take-away is not allowed. Also, for health and safety reasons the purchase of any type of food or beverage from outside the hotel is strongly prohibited. Packed Lunches and Take-Away: For health & safety reasons, packed lunches and takeaway meals are strictly prohibited. Dress Code: Please note the dress code required for each dining outlet, as described in the information provided. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry, if a guest is not dressed accordingly. Please be advised that the management of the hotel reserves the right to change any information mentioned in this document without any prior notice. INFO KIOSK FOR RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS Reserving a table in your favorite restaurant has never been easier. Thanks to our 24-hour Info Kiosk Reservation System, you can book a table in any of our restaurants anytime in advance. For your convenience, the info Kiosk is available at the Guest Relations Desk opposite the Reception Desk. How do we use our info Kiosk?
