Multiple Search Options The new Advanced Tracking allows you to search all shipments via different reference numbers. Either you track your freight via the DB Schenker reference number or you specify your search by different factors. Different search possibilities to meet your needs. 4 Where to find the eservice Advanced Tracking Get started Just visit the eservice portal via the URL eschenker. dbschenker.com The Advanced Tracking eservice is offered in a secured environment. Therefore it is only accessible after registration on the eservice portal. The eschenker landing page shows available eservices. 5 eschenker Portal Registered user view 3 4 Once registered, Advanced Tracking is accessible through the eschenker dashboard. Use the gear wheel in the upper right corner, to customize the favorite eservices dashboard and add the eservice by simple drag and drop. 5 Just click on the Advanced Tracking icon to start. 6 Advanced Tracking by DB Schenker Reference 5 6 The new eservice Advanced Tracking allows you to search via DB Schenker Reference or by specific criteria. Let s have a look at the search via the DB Schenker Reference: Just insert either DB Schenker References or HAWB, HB/L or Container No. to perform the shipment search. 7 Shipment Result Overview The results are merged in a table, which gives an overview of all found shipments. You can customize the table by adding or deleting columns and sorting the results by the different columns. Enhance your work by using the output option to directly export the search results per or excel-/printfile or concentrate on exporting just specific data. 8 Detailed Shipment Information in Secured Environment Everything you need is visible at a glance! Shipment Overview The new installed progress bar visualizes the most important information at one glance from Customer Booking up to final Customer Delivery. 2. Shipment Details The shipment details overview shows you the main information related to your shipment. 3. Milestones The detailed overview shows you the applicable shipment milestones including date, time and location for review of the individual process steps of your shipment. 4. Contact Information Easily find your direct contact to your DB Schenker Export branch. 5. Output Enhance your work by using the output option to export the search results per or excel- /print-file or concentrate on exporting just specific data. 9 Advanced Tracking by Specific Criteria 10 Alternatively, use the search with multiple specific criteria which requires more detailed input Advanced Tracking is available for Land Transport as well as Air and Ocean Freight. For Air & Ocean, the eservice offers a distinguished tracking for shipments as well as for orders not shipped and you can narrow down your search results by providing different search factors.
